You make a valid point, now i understand why there is no remix or showtime theme song on youtube, period. you could have someone make it! I had a friend who did that for me a couple times he remade beats from sctatch and it was exactly the same

Copyright laws may prevent distribution and even the unauthorized manipulation of the their music ... But you can always record and remaster for personal use. I wouldn't dare alter and use it as you own or even place it on anything that could be traced back to you. I realize that would be small potato's for a financial monster like Showtime, but they may just be happy making an example of the little guy, just for the fun of it.
