Floyd did it with cotto and Shane.
I predict Floyd may finally fight manny IF the decline is sustained.
Maybe after manny gets visibly hurt once again.
All bark no bite. While Floyd was fighting at 140, Mosley and Oscar were fighting at 154 and 160. So it wasn't going to happen in 2005. He also never fought Tszyu
Let's make things a bit easier for people like you to understand what Floyd calling out someone means:
"I only want to fight the best and Manny you are NEXT!"
"I NEVER said that Manny is next, don't put words in my mouth"
If Floyd really wanted Mosley, why no fight until 2010 even though Mosley called him out from late 2006-2010? Respond logically, if you try.
When a risky opponent calls out Floyd, that is when we know what's up. Floyd makes up excuses all of a sudden. Just ask yourself why?
BTW, been watching boxing for a long long time .... you were probably still in diapers
Either you can't read or your comprehension skill are as terrible as your boxing knowledge. I never said he fought Tszyu.I get it now, if Floyd calls someone out, it's all bark and no bite but he gets called out he makes excuses? Take your ****ty diaper off clown!!
I think Mayweather is in a lose-lose situation at this point when it comes to Pacquiao. If he doesn't fight Pacquiao, everyone will say he ducked him. But if he does fight him & beats him than people will say he only won due to Pacquiao being past his best. But Mayweather did it to himself since he didn't want to fight him when Pacquiao was in his prime. And I still think Pacquiao would have won if they fought anywhere in the 2008-2010 time period.

What I stated were all facts. Floyd tried to fight Shane when he on the come up and Shane outbid myself asking for an 8 million payday. Mayweather called out Mosley, Oscar and Tszyu in 2005 but you don't know that because you weren't watching boxing then

One of the things I have noticed on boxing message boards is that, since 2009, Pac fans have consistently claimed that certain fighters would easily beat Mayweather if Floyd wasn't too afraid to fight them. Then, after the fight is signed, you consistently make excuses for why Mayweather will beat the fighter you claimed he was scared to fight previously. This happened with Hatton (prior to 2009) and to Mosley, Cotto and Alvarez. Prior to the fight being signed, you claimed Mayweather would lose. After the fight was signed, you claimed the fighters were either past their prime, fighting at the wrong weight or too inexperienced (whatever the hell that means).
In addition, since 2009, Pac worshippers have been making excuses for Pacquaio just in case the Mayweather/Pac fight happens and Pac loses. This thread is one of those just in case excuses. Mayweather fans, on the other hand, have never doubted that Mayweather would win any of these fights, including one against Pacquaio. In spite of the fact that Mayweather is two years older than Pacquaio, his fans have never said Mayweather is too far past his prime or too old has lost enough of his defensive skills or slowed down too much to beat Pacquaio. We have consistently said he will win regardless.
This tells me something about Pac fans, and that is that you are nothing but fair weather fans who think he is the greatest thing since sliced bread when he is doing well. However, when he loses or performs poorly or you recognize that he will lose (if he ever fights Mayweather) you immediately come out with the excuses, sometimes even before the fight happens.
i agree. it's a catch-22 with pacquiao right now....i almost could care less if the fight gets made at this point...
he beats him, then manny's skills were too diminished. he doesn't fight him, he's ducking him.
you know how these "dudes" on here are. unless floyd moves up and fights andre ward, at 168, he won't get credit no matter who he fights and beats.

Pac just had a big win against a world class p4p fighter. It's prime timing, Pac has declined yes but he showed he could still outbox the "boxer".
He can't outbox the coward though.
The same thing crossed my mind watching Manny be a little hesitant in the early rounds last night.
Floyd must have had a thought as well when he watched last night.
I think Floyd is VERY careful who he picks to fight, he could call out Manny if Manny does not start knocking his next 1-2 opponents out decisively.
Manny's display in his next fight could determine whether he will ever get to fight Floyd.
I still think Manny would give Floyd a real test regardless.
Before he fights certain fighters he "would never fight insert name" or "insert name would be a real test, Floyds ducking". As soon as the final bell rings, Floyd is carefully chose his opponent, the guy was too old, too slow, too green. GTFOH!
Yep because it's Floyd's fault PAC refused 3times one of the times even with PAC getting everything he asked for. Give it up
Floyd just keeps moving the goal post.
Anyway Floyd beats this past prime version of PAC if he dares to fight him.
(Floyd is such a beast)

You are one dumb ****. Take Floyd's dick out your ass cause your idol ducked him. It's not the first time nor the last. Floyd stay moving the goalpost on every agreement cause he's a "rich coward". He said it himself you dumbfcuk. Keep defending your girl though, everyone knows he ducked pacquiao you can say "oh Floyd offered this and that and pacquiao could've had the fight" blah blah NO. None of that **** you say is true. He ducked him and you can't defend it. Flooomo.
And you're the idiot fabricating lies when flyd called manny out the day after PAC beat the breaks off cotto but of course you rather make up bs rather than using facts to suit your agenda, clown
Are you a bit slow?
Do you really think Floyd wanted any part of Manny when he demolished cotto? Get the **** ouuta here. It was a smoke screen.
Let's not forget," Manny pacquiao yes you're next! " haaa
It appears that you just started watching.
BEFORE the Gatti fight, Arum was interviewed and stated what was up. Cotto needed more time but that fight was going to happen in 1 to 1.5 years from then. At that point a Cotto had to get more fights under his belt. Arum also said that if there was a guy that can beat Floyd, it was Cotto but he was not ready for the fight at that point. If you get boxing, I don't need to explain any further!
Shane? Shane was calling out Floyd from late 2006 to 2010. Floyd said in plenty of interviews that he was not interested.
Manny? Floyd was the ducker as soon as Floyd took the same route that the rest of his team took by calling Manny a PEDs user, with no proof.

Jack ass you're repeating the same thing I said with the Cotto situation. Floyd called Mosley out and Mosley outbid mysel asking for an 8 mill payday. You call Floyd the ducker but truth of the matter, PAC and Arum had 40 million excuses not to make the fight happen. Floyd accepted all Manny's demand but he could agree to a 14 day cutoff? All Mayweather asked for was an playing field but hes the one looked at as being the coward and ducker
I was thinking the same thing last night while watching the fight. I kept thinking Pacquaio looks slow and hesitant enough that Floyd might swoop down and finally take the fight. He has aged far better (no surprise due to their styles).
I won't go as far as to say Floyd only "cherry picks", but he definitely likes to fight guys who simultaneously won their last fight, while looking vulnerable doing it.
The same thing crossed my mind watching Manny be a little hesitant in the early rounds last night.

It's obvious you just started watching boxing. Guess you don't remember after the Gatti fight, Cotto's handlers weren't ready for the Mayweather fight. Floyd had called Shane out years ago when he was on the come up and Shane came up with a ridiculous amount of money for the fight not to happen and guess you forgot about the tooth ache excuse. It was Manny who wanted the 21 day cutoff for the drug testing, Floyd said "what about 14", it was manny who turned that down. Bet you don't look at that as being a duck. You young guys need to stop posting, period!!!
