Just watched the video, it sounded to me like Hopkins hinting that Floyd should've fought him at 160 and not come with the 'he's too big' excuse and that Hopkins is really a middleweight and not a LHW.
This is what everyone pretty much missed. Hopkins is mostly criticizing Floyd because he didn't acknowledge Hopkins whatsoever about a fighter. Hopkins put the offer out, but Floyd never responded. Only his father responded.
Hopkins just annoyed that he's not going to get that lottery ticket.
"When Floyd saw me at the Fontainebleau in Miami , because I got a condo down there, the first thing he said to me “yo man you got to see my house!” Now I’m looking at this dude at like 2 in the morning, this young boy, saying first of all what do I care? Tell me about you r family, your daughter, your pops, but he wants to tell me I got to see his house like I’m a b***h! I ain’t one of your *****es, man. What are you talking about?! And lo and behold, I watch the 24/7 from the last fight, you seen it and I seen it, him sitting up there with Puffy showing it off. I’m not into that."
Exactly how i feel when people talk about what they have.
I remember when B-Hop went hard in the paint on Floyd for being immature and wanting to show B-Hop his "fat ass crib", lmao
Did Floyd ever respond to that?
I remember that and Bhop was absolutely right. Floyd told him to "come out to Vegas to see the house"
Bhop's response was why would i come to see a house? If i'm coming it would be to see Floyd, the person not a house.
Absolutely correct. Floyd still has a alot to learn about life, though he has figured alot out since Bernard rightly criticised him.
Bernard just trying to rile up Floyd. He should know better that Floyd gave up worrying if anybody thinks he has balls a long time ago.
Everyone knows Floyd only cares about his about showing off his bling, making it rain with fake bills, and calling himself the best.
Floyd doesn't care about being called a duck. He pays plenty of people to tell him he's not.

hopkins went up 2 weight classes coming off two official losses to fight the universally recognised number 1 in a fight he has big underdog in.
Interesting so Tarver is a huge risk then?
canelo better than stevenson? that's a good laugh. floyd fans are funny thats' for sure.
Oh and what makes Stevenson so great?
His amazing win over Tavouris Cloud coming off 2 dominating loss's?
Or Dawson coming off getting stopped by the power punching Andre Ward?
Maybe the Bellew fight where he showed us the book on how to be one dimensional?
Whens the trilogy with Boone happening?
Really, what makes Adonis Stevension, Adonis, Stevenson, any better than Canelo?
Stevenson's 35, Canelo's 24 and their resume's are about the same or not much better or worse than each others.
Well yeah of course his resume doesn't compare to Armstrong's nor his career in general. Very few do.
But if Floyd doesn't take risks then pretty much no one does today. Or at least consistently they don't.

You have to remember the context of this conversation. Hopkins is talking about Greatest of All Time, he talks about Henry Armstrong and risk taking. Armstrong took some big risks.
I'm not here to say Floyd should do this, this or that. Only agreeing with Hopkins point that Mayweather isn't up their with the Armstrong's and the likes, which is obvious because all one has to do is look at Floyds resume. Lot's of good wins, lots of great performances. Not many great wins, not many risks. I mean, Castillo and Corrales are probably his two best wins. Risky fights. Hasn't done that since.

Lol actually he rated Rodriguez originally an 8. I'm assuming he's being funny. Or at least I very much hope so.
call in nsb radio when there is a show
I'm going to assume this is a joke?
Allen green a 6 out of 10? He's barely a 3.
Edwin Rodriugez 7?
You openly admit Dawson was drained and that's a 7?
Bika a 7?
Yet Cotto is 5? What kind of sense does that make?
You're reasoning for scoring Ortiz an 5 is "he got knocked out after" yet you rate Green a 7? Abraham an 8 because "he was favourite" despite the fact Froch dominated him the fight before and he's been stopped since by Steigletz?
Pretty obvious different set of standards there.
And let's face it in reality Wards resume is no where near Floyds in the last 5 years.

ward resume breakdown of past 5 years:
kessler only previously beaten by calzaghe and was favoured to win super 6. dominating performance. 2 points deducted for fouling on my score. 8
allan green - dominating win 6
bika- rough and tuff win vs a wild awkward style 7
abraham- 2nd favourite to win super 6 with a big punch. 8
froch - v good win vs a v good fighter and fought with a broken hand 9
dawson- ko a guy who jus beat bhop but 3 points docked for fighting weight drained version 7
edwin- best available opponent at 168 who ward hadnt already beat. edwin also came in overweight. 7
overall score:
52

Lmao Ur a funny dude. It's still not a 7. Rodriguez and Allan Green are the worst fighters listed between either fighter. If u knew better u would do better bro.
:bottle::bottle:
like i said, i rushed it, im off by a point here and there, it still wont change the overall average score
i made it 7 before you posted this....check my last edit time

I have no reason to rebutt anyone foolish enough to rate Edwin Rodriguez a 8 in the win category. Seriously if u don't know better I'm wasting my time. That's arguably wards worst win and u give it an 8?

you got schooled really badly. thats why you got no rebuttal
