Who fault is it really manny or floyd?

Just to get the ball rolling & **** flying I say its manny (slap) reason why is he was ask to take test and said no but since then he has not had 1 knockout hmmm! Then he saids a year later I'll take the test not afaid of needles now. Must have went to na ( needles anonymous) floyd saids fine ill give you 4 million lets fight granted he has never made that much at one time in his life he saids no and then fights for 18million. Then pacs saids he will fight for free after he receives tax problem that was great cause that would be a helluva tax write off but he's not a employer he is a employee so he cant make that decision floyd is a promoter so he would foot the bill and then loose all money invested why would someone that calls hisself money agree to such foolishness. Now I must play devils advocate floyd excuse now is I want do business with bob arum but in the beginning he would so that excuse is lame also. So I come to my conclusion both have been at fault at this point pac would fight a heavyweight now cause he is desperate for money and floyd is making it hands over foot at this point he looks at it as high risk same money, which makes boxing so sad!!
