not a terrible stoppage, ponce's legs weren't under him the first time ref let him fight and this was about 20 seconds later. Juanma is not as shot to me as people claim, he's just not a championship caliber fighter. His power is real and he has hand speed, defense is just terrible. Still very exciting people love to see his brand of fighting win or lose
Solid win for Juanma, he sure needed it! I still saw the same deficiencies although he was keeping his hands up a little more. He needs to move that upper body/head a little more. Still has some power though!
Good win by Juanma, but seriously, what's next for the guy? Any of the titleholders destroy him, i'd probably say anyone with a good chin and average power could knock this guy out, he's got no punch resistance anymore.
He should look for a Vazquez Jr. or Oquendo matchup, that would be a good draw in PR.
keep this cat at the b-level, those a and elite level fighters .... uuuf, i don't wanna see another juanma beating.
Bull**** stoppage. Now before the PR nuthugging brigade starts talking ****, this time around I was going for Lopez.
pero a nadie le importa una madre a quien le ibas, mijito.

not a controversial stoppage, 2 KD's, a prior 1st rd KO loss to this same man.
i'm in shock that juanma pulled this off.
I wasn't. I thought Juanma had legitimate chance. There are certain fighters that Juanma can still beat.

He always had good form on his right hook, it's his overall defense when he's not throwing punches that sucks.
Never really paid attention to it TBH. That's pretty good tho. Probably overshadowed by his overall defense like you said.
