Japan has their own circuits for a reason. Garcia is a global talent.
Because boxing is huge in a Japan and their best boxers are household names here who receive far more money and acclaim than they would on some espn Friday night fight card in the US.
When was the last time Garcia fought outside the US, outside of your own circuit?
I really don't understand the logic that a foreign fighter has to go to the US where they won't have an audience, where andre ward and Tim Bradley can't get a decent crowd, for less money, to become some sort of 'global star'.
