Alvarez doesn't gain much from this it was clear Angulo was looking ish from the start that and the weight blunder screwed this up for Alvarez he got the performance that he needed to put on but the win itself doesn't carry any real merit he's simply back in the win column and ready for a move up in weight

It was a solid win for Canelo. Last time out Angulo fought basically an even fight with Lara and dropped him twice. I wanna see Canelo-Lara though
