A bit out of the blue this one. Oosthuizen is the only other fighter i know of who is on Golden Gloves' team. Hopefully it works out well for Murray. If he can get a decent fight on a Monaco card, as well as get his Visa problems sorted, it will be a step in the right direction for him.

Lara should sign with Berman, maybe he'd get the GG fight he's pretending he wants.

Rodney Berman is just a random South African promoter that bought Golovkin's services for Monaco. He co-promoted Golovkin's Monaco fights, but he's not an actual co-promoter ala Top Rank/Caribe Promotions for Rigo. I doubt he has any type of contract with Golovkin or has much say in the direction of his career. (Only to the extent that K2 allows Golden Gloves to have say if GGG fights in Monaco) If Golovkin and Murray negotiate, I believe Golden Gloves will only be looking out for Murray's best interests.

I think you're confusing Oleg Hermann (Golovkin's Manager) with Rodney Berman. Don't think Oleg Hermann has anything to do with Golden Gloves. Berman is either a co-promoter or a co-manager. Either way he has a say in who GGG fights.

I guess Berman had a word in Murray's ear when he went to the Golovkin-Adama fight. Berman banned Murray from attending the Golovkin-Adama fight.

But no that would be a decent name for GGG, he would be much more proven if he beats chavez jr and Murray, a Sergio fight would be much more hyped
