He seems a little too mellow to sell a fight from what I've seen of him -- which is admittedly very little outside of ESPN wsop. ... But I always liked watching him play and it takes a lot of intelligence to be considered the best poker player (or best anything, really) in the world. Good luck to him.

I think i have seen a poster with Phil Ivey as his handle, same guy? Anyways more people investing money into the fight game is always good. Best of luck to him.

Doesn't matter if you're Mike Tyson, a billionaire businessman or someone like Phil Ivey. If you don't have the name fighters you ain't getting anywhere. Beneath the cream layer at the top of the talent pool is sh*t soup.

Isn't he a poster on this site or was. That would be pretty cool if he was. I would doubt it, but I wouldn't know. I know he'd never post on a poker forum but he's a boxing fan.
