Not bad but I'd rather see Khan-Porter to be honest.
I think that's a very good fight.
I will take Khan against anyone in the Top 10 though to be honest (Other than Pauli but that won't happen anyway.
Broner, Thurman, Guererro, Porter, even Alexander like purposed.
Any of those will do.
I'd like to see him fight porter, the guy who has the belt he could've won if he wasn't a diva. Though I think porter smothers him and Khans lack of inside game shows badly.
Edit: Plus if Khan somehow wins, he has a belt....Could go to unify more belts if May beats Maidana.
How about khan beating Broner, will that get him Floyd? How about Floyd telling khan who he has to beat to get him, so no more guessing games.
Will khan beating Guerrero better than Floyd get him? How about Ortiz, without sucka punching him?
Tell Khan exactly what he has to do, hes not a mind reader and cant read the future excuses of Floyd!
They are going from almost getting the Floyd fight for Khan to testing the WW with some low level WW. Khan is a win away of getting a September date against Floyd
Whether or not he was unranked is besides the point, he's still a decent figter and has a decent name, which is more than you can say for Aydin.
Berto also came off a loss. So I don't really see much of a difference. At least Senchenkho was a champion.
Guerrero also only has one win over a ranked fighter? Brook also has Hatton, Senchenko, Lovemore N'Dou and Saldivia for a #1 contender spot.
He is, but he's still beaten soto-karass, Chavez and Zavic - better than or equal to anything RG has done at WW.
Alexander beat Maidana and Bailey, I don't think there's any question he's higher than RG.
EDIT: I see Aydin had a ranking - doesn't change the point. I don't think he's top 10- if he is then he's #10.
Judah's well passed it and hasn't had a win at 147 in years, it's nothing impressive at all.
Beating Senchenko is not better than beating Berto. Senchenko is terrible.
Hatton, N'dou and Saldiva? :lol1: Why are you even mentioning those?
Berto wasn't coming offf a loss when he fought Guerrero.
Thurman has some solid wins that's why I said it's arguable.
Yeah and like I said Alexander just lost to Shawn Porter. He beat Maidana a few years ago now.
Judah's unranked at 147 and well well passed it coming off a loss, Senchenko is a bum and he lost to Cano he's also not good. There's no way he's ahead of Guererro.
Brook has one win over a ranked figher and that's a passed prime Jackiewicz so no I don't think so.
Thurman's arguable because he's still relatively unproven.
Alexander well he just lost to Shawn Porter.

Khan/RG is a pretty good fight. Interesting match up.
Hard to see Khan taking it, though. He's the better boxer but as said in this thread, he'd have to ride that bike for the full 12. At some point I think Guerrero gets to him, bullies him, and ultimately probably stops him.
I think Paulie is ahead of Guerrero for sure.
Senchenkho, Judah, Cano and a close close fight with Broner is better than Guerrero's resume at WW.
Also, I think Brook ranks higher too based on him being a career WW with more wins than Guerrero.
I don't think Devon or Thurman is arguable at all. Devon beat Maidana with ease.

Alexander well he just lost to Shawn Porter.
Might as well end the discussion here because it won't happen. Khan is a cashcow and he won't fight some schmoe who doesn't bring anything to the table for him.
He was this close to landing the biggest fight in the sport. Not even being a world champion is enough to secure that, so if anything khan fighting a regular belt holder is a step down, and you want him to take two steps down and fight a guy who's been out in the wilderness after coming off a loss?
Khan will only fight in a world title fight.
If Khan fought Guerrero and beat him, he would not only gain a significant ranking but also measure himself against a recent Mayweather opponent.
The fight makes sense.

I don't see Pauli being ahead of him nor Brook to be honest. I'm still not sure why he's ranked so highly.
Devon's arguable and so's Thurman.
Broner I think will go to 140 now and try and get his 4th belt.

I know but considering his only win is Andre Berto and Aydin (I believe), does he merit a place?
Mayweather, Bradley, Marquez, Pacquiao, Broner, Paulie, Maidana, Porter, Alexander, Thurman, Brook etc are higher for me.
With the exception of Paulie - he might just not cut it.
Regardless, it'd be a good fight.

Yeah he's in the Top 10 according to The Ring Magazine.

Would you consider Guerrero a top 10 at WW?
