It's completely 50/50. One of two things happen. If Khan can manage to survive the fight without going down, he'd win in a 12 round sweep UD. for world class fighters, Rios is little more than a punching bag. But Khans chin is brittle as hell. Khan win the first 10 rounds big, Rios takes the punches and connects with a right, making Khan do his shaky dance. A couple of follow up shots and it's waved off by the ref. Rios by TKO despite being behind on the cards 100-88

Khan should win this rather easily on points. But it depends on which Khan shows up. However, my money would be on him to do an easy job on Rios.
