Why cant we just accept that both mayweather and pacquio are legends?

It was a noble effort ts, but you had to know it would turn into this. Personally, I used to dislike both of them when I got into boxing I didn't like the persona Floyd put out there I wanted to see him get beaten After the Mosley fight a switch flipped in my head. Mosley was one of my favorites and to see him just completely dominated like that hurt, but it made me have to give Floyd a lot of credit. Now that win doesn't as good but I think Floyd overall has a legendary resume regardless of how much his haters want to downplay it. The guy hardly ever loses rounds or takes clean punches and has fought an insane number of current or former champions. Pacquiao is the exact same in my mind. I used to dislike him because of his crazy fans, but now I can separate the two. The guy is just an incredible natural talent. Just consider the fact that he had basically no amateur career at all and look at how much he has accomplished. The things that's always funny to me is the way people will discredit one's resume but act like the other's is so much better. They've fought a lot of the same people and sometimes Floyd has looked better, sometimes Pac has. When I look at Floyd, I see one of the best defensive fighters of all time. When I look at Pac I see one of the most naturally gifted athletes to ever lace up a pair of gloves. Both have kept boxing alive for the last few years and bring a lot of attention to the sport. If you hate either one you're not a true boxing fan in my eyes.

They're both legends but Mayweather deserves praise for how his homosexuality has played in the advancement of the gay community. He also overcame his disability of having a tiny penis to become a good boxer and PPV star which gives hope to flomos all around the world who dare to dream. These feats cannot be overlooked when looking back at their legacies

No we can't because boxing isn't a neutral sport, people have rooting interests, some fighters are better than others or stylistic nightmares for others, and people want that proven in the ring. here's the thing brother, nobody said you can't have opinions. ofc u are entitled to them! but it's actually a FACT that pac and may are living legends. that's nobody's opinion. call mayweather a ducker... he's still a LEGEND. he just may be avoiding a certain someone. doesn't change the fact

Manny is an ATG Manny is an ATG. Mayweather is a mere HOF'mer who could've been an ATG. The difference between Manny and Floyd, is BALLS. Floyd is a very insecure fighter and he's immature also. He likes to down play the accomplishments of other fighters and only cares about himself, not the fans. Manny is the complete opposite and is a throwback fighter of yester-year. He just wants to fight the best. It is all he knows. Manny would have fought Whitaker, Duran, Pryor, a prime Mosley at lightweight, etc. Floyd would have avoided those kinds of fighters. Boxing is about challenging the best. In order to be great, you must take risks. You have to fight the fighters the fans want you to fight. You have to fight the fighters that the people think can beat you. PERIOD. If not, WHY are you a fighter?

PAC is not a legend! He us a good fighter top 100 but that's it! He can't begin to Compare to Floyd. Floyd. Dominated 130 what division. Did PAC dominate again. Floyd two weight works champion at 37 what is PAC again and he's younger then Floyd and already washed up. Floyd is a true legend PAC is a hofer. Until they both retire there will be that argument of who will win...PAC biggest fan know floyed is a legend the same way mayweather biggest fan knows PAC is a lengend ....but the only downside if they don't fight each other.. is floyed will be known to have a careful career and we will be consider to have "duck" PAC
