hating is exactly what you are doing. 1st off he's been very inactive so it isnt even like he has fought alot since then. 2nd, as you just said, JMM knocked Pac out. 3rd, how can you just talk about what happeneds after when Floyd may have ruined those guys? 4th, you cant just throw away what happened before like nothing matters. Hatton was an undefeated P4P guy. Mosley had just decapitated the guy everyone said was the most feared man in boxing in Margarito. Everyone said Floyd would duck him. same old, same old he earned his ATG status in his prime range of 130-135 he moved up to make money and has been selective with opponents he's gotten some decent wins, but earned a bad rep he gets ranked around here more on talent than what he's done with it

I am a big complainer about Mayweather carefully picking opponents his whole career but I can't say his resume is bad. He has a good resume, it was carefully planned but still a good resume.

Having a close look at May's resume, who he fought, when he fought its not something to be amazed about. Since 2006 his last 9 opponents have went on to win no major(4) titles or notable wins apart from JMM, all I can say is that it's just excellent matchmaking and I have to give credit to him for that. Looking at things from your perspective and comparing their resumes, please tell us how many notable wins and titles have been won by ODLH, Shane Mosley, Ricky Hatton, Antonio Margarito, JMM (except for that vicious KO of Pacquaio) Joshua Clottey, Miguel Cotto (except a 154-pound title against a guy no one ever heard of) and Manny Pacquaio's other opponents since 2006. People won't regard him worth anything if he never loses because no one knows what he looks like when he loses, so we don't have a complete picture or a limit to his abilities.
