There seem to be a misinformation campaign by the Floydiots. These goons are the worst revisionists. Back in 2009 Floyd's camp calls in olympic style testing. But since people found out Floyd was not being truthful they are now calling it Random testing. Is this one of those "yesterday I lied, today I'm saying the truth" Floyd quotes?

If he fights Floyd -- yes. I'm surprised people haven't realized this, but there's random drug testing for every Floyd fight since Mosley. He doesn't fight without that in place now.
You seem so sure. Why are you so sure?
He failed below? You mean he failed ABOVE. If you test above 4:1, that's evidence that you could be juicing. USADA, VADA, and NSAC use 4:1. NSAC switched recently from 6:1 to 4:1.
Lamont Peterson didn't use USADA, and never has as a professional. He's only used VADA, and only once. There's only a few fighters that have used both USADA and VADA as professionals. Amir Khan, Shane Mosley, Canelo Alvarez, and I think that might be it off the top of my head.

I didn't understand it to much but they said he tried to keep it under the legal limit of 4:1 but just the fact that he used TRT is illegal so he wasn't no walking super human just trying to get a slight edge and failed
what part of they allow 4:1 don't you inderstand Lamont peterson was doing well with his cheating ways probably with usada intill he signed to use vada and failed with a below 4:1

USADA reached out to NYFightBlog to dispute the Conte claims about when it uses the CIR test. I should have reached out to USADA earlier. ((USADA furnished a statement to this writer disputing much of what Conte said in the blog post.
"CIR is a regular part of the USADA testing program for all athletes under USADA's jurisdiction, as well as a routine part of the anti-doping programs conducted by USADA in the sport of professional boxing," USADA said. "It is completely inaccurate to say that CIR testing would only be done if a T/E ratio is 4-1."
but the thing is that Floyd admitted to using it on fight night.

Fight happened in Michigan. Go figure out what the rules are there at the time. As for Nevada this pain killer is banned and tested for. But can be permitted if disclosed beforehand with a legit issue, something Mayweather has not done.
Its Tested For and is Banned In Nevada
De La Hoya was given a shot of Lidocaine the day of the injury to numb the cut area so the stitches could be taken. Lidocaine is a substance banned by the Nevada State Athletic Commission. But Marc Ratner, CEO of the commission, said there is no violation as long as De La Hoya informed the commission when he took it and why.

Kizer confirmed yesterday that lidocaine is banned for use by boxers within a week of a bout. “If lidocaine is injected,” he said, “the pain receptors in the boxer may not work and he may not know if he is hurt.” He also confirmed that lidocaine would be tested for after the bout, at the Quest Diagnostics laboratory in the city.

Nevada boxing officials said yesterday they would fine and probably suspend Lloyd Honeyghan. They said the British fighter tested positive for the painkilling drug lidocaine after losing his World Boxing Council welterweight title to Marlon Starling on Feb. 4.

Tested as far back as 1989
As Kizer explained it, fighters must, under penalty of perjury, sign a statement at the fight weigh ins discloosing what, if any, pain or other serious medication they have used or plan to use anytime between the weigh in and fight time.
“Mayweather has never disclosed any such information so, as far as we are concerned, this is not any kind of issue. I know the ardent Pacquiao fans talk a lot about but to us it's the same as the speculation about Pacquiao using any sort of drugs which comes from the Mayweather fans out there. Both of them have always tested clean in Nevada.”
Kizer said he could name other boxers who have asked permission to use aspirin, Lidocaine, cortisone and other “pain therapeutic” medications.

Isn't Xylocaine illegal in every state except for Nevada? SMDH, no wonder why Floyd only fights in Vegas :nonono:
How about just asking for no Xylocaine :rofl"

Khan already does random testing and so does Floyd..whats the point of this random thread?
That is what they were saying about Lance Armstrong and he did the full fledged OST for years ....... and we all know what happened there. Fortunately, cycling is a team effort and the team blabbed.
If Floyd is still taking them drugs to get advantages, I don't think Ellerbe nor uncle Roger would say anything ....
USADA does CIR on every sample regardless. You're making up lies and probably got that from Victor Conte (silent leader of VADA).

All athletes tested by USADA are held to the standard of strict liability and are responsible for any prohibited substances that could be found in their body.
All urine samples were analyzed for EPO and by CIR, and all blood samples were tested for the presence of hGH. Collections were conducted using a balanced test distribution schedule, and with no allowances for black-out or cut-off dates.
For general questions regarding USADA's anti-doping program, please visit the FAQs in the Resources section of this site. (Other policy and education publications and videos are also available in this section). You may also contact the USADA communications department at 719-785-2046 or 719-785-2047.
No he's not - the British Board of Boxing Control tests fighters all year round, in fact there are plenty of examples of them turning up to high profile fighters houses randomly to test them, Khan included. Get your head out of your arse!
Don't be stupid man, the BBBoCs scheme is very different to true 24/7, 365 testing. If you don't know that then I'm not going to explain it to you. Do your own research, it may help.
USADA uses CIR testing and is a much older more proven organization...so why try to jump on VADA'S jock just cause Manny finally after 4 years decided to take testing? you guys are transparent as hell..and why target Kahn and Floyd who atleast take testing and not evn mention ALL the other fighter who take NO KIND OF RANDOM TESTING AT ALL?? it is the same thing every day with ya'll..all ya'll think about is more ways to try to hate on Floyd over and over and over again

Floyd is probably all juiced by now anyway. If there's a fighter who i'm highly suspicious of it's Floyd, especially after the leaked reports of his association with the "anti-aging" drug clinic. Nobody ever wants to ask him about that.
Donaire has 24/7, 365 drug testing, the only boxer on the planet. More should follow his example and Floyd should practice what he preaches.
Random does not equal "Olympic Style"...also there has been a lot of talk of incorrect drug testing procedures in many of Floyd's fights. People just choose to ignore that.
Yes it is illegal but Floyd needs it cos he has brittle hands and it numbs them so that he doesn't feel the pain he may normally feel.

if floyd used Vada and took the CIR test he would fail no doubt

Jean Pascal and Lucian Bute signed up for 24/7 365 random testing for the next two years.
whoa for real? when did this happen? did they start before their next fight?
If it's true then it's a great move but is just hear say or official reports?
Jean Pascal and Lucian Bute signed up for 24/7 365 random testing for the next two years.
same with the guy who just lost to ward.. that makes 4 clean boxers in the entire sport besides the guys who have no clue about cheating and continue to lose there fights
