Broner connected everytime he let his hands go , his hand speed is levels above maidanas defense , broner was caught in round 2 and couldnt recover . If he isnt so flat footed and lets his hands go in the rematch he will win .
LOL focused or not unless broner completely changes his style which is impossible at this point because he's been fighting like this all his life he's not beating maidana.
Maidana was tired as **** in the 2nd half of the fight and still was outworking broner on the outside.
That was sad
If comes in shape, focused and shows maidana respect by boxing him its a 50/50 fight or AB will even be the bookies favourite again.
I loved the first fight plenty of action and AB took alot of punishment yet finished strong, he gets credit being a warrior.
The rematch will for sure be bigger than the original and I hope its a competitive entertaining fight and broner comes out on top, if only for it to set up a trilogy.
This is what boxing needs, fighters taking on tough challengers and giving the fans their moneys worth.
Full respect to Broner for coming straight back to rematch a very dangerous Maidana.
Put this on the card
Broner Maidana 2
Garcia Mattysee 2
Porter Thurman
Annnnnnnnd thats a pay perview that I would buy, 3 great fights with a budget under $10m is so much better than mayweather mismatch $40m purse.
Broner keys to victory
1. No shoulder roll defense, use high guard, or cross arm, keep hands up
2. Don't go straight back like a jermain Taylor, step off at angles
3 keep busy, get off first with jab, let your hands go,,, had success in the first fight when he let his hands go
4 keep attacking body, jab the body early
His problem was not focusing, it was his inability to move around and use his legs. I saw him focused enough for the most part. Aside from his little shoulder stretching and humping antics, he seemed pretty focused to me. Just looked lost on how to deal with a big, strong, powerful come forward fighter who was active all night and in his face. Broner is a fighter inside, he's not a boxer, he won't box him he will fight him again and all Maidana has to do is the same exact thing he did the first fight.
This.........
Put those points where your... Ah, nevermind. You're broke.
If Broner went into that ring shook, he'll go terrified this time around. Maidana will catch him again and possibly end his career right then and there.
Hate me all you want, you know it's true. Trilogy. And exactly why was Broner not focused for the first fight? Broner said he knew Maidana was a killer before the first fight. Maidana will beat the hell out Broner again, you'll see. Broner lifts too many heavy weights. It makes him slower and stiffer. He is too muscular for a boxer and has a very low punch output per round and tents to telegraph his punches. I don't hate you, I just think you have Broner way overrated and are mistaken about him beating Maidana. It will be the same fight all over again but Maidana may take him out this time.
I felt like broner was doing ok when he was pressing the action and making maidana fight on the back foot. If he centers a strategy around this I think he can win
If he can change the way he fought he has a good chance, but he needs to adjust. Maidana out thought him and outboxed him. That jab to the body was very well scouted and then feinting it to a left hook upstairs was money for Maidana.
LOL focused or not unless broner completely changes his style which is impossible at this point because he's been fighting like this all his life he's not beating maidana.

Taking Floyd Sr. offer wouldn't hurt. If anyone can teach him defense it's that guy.
Floyd Sr said if he trained Broner..he would have him where he'd walk right through Maidana. Sr knows Broner has the talent and is capable of beating Maidana easily..despite the beliefs of majority posters on this site.
