Can't wait to hear the Floyd faithful to go into full rationalization mode and try and justify the Khan fight between now and May. Just like last year when they ignored Guerrero's obvious limitations and proclaimed him a tough opponent. By the time the weigh in rolls around Khan will be a giant killer in many minds around these parts.

if khans gonna get ko'ed or atleast win a couple of rounds to make it an interesting fight, it would be better then Floyd's last two fights that put me to sleep, Maidana as able to bull rush broner because he doesn't use footwork and has an overrated defense he won't be able to that to floyd, khan will make a better fight, trust me when was the last time Khan was in a bad fight? Who cares about the possibility of a "Better fight" when the fight is not only meaningless but also undeserved. Cant even fall back on some type of story line. And on top of all that Khan is currently a bum. Not buying this garbage.

No ones fault but Mayweather's, he had many options.

I'm going to say this is the worst selection of an opponent for mayweather since Henry Brusless in 2005. Amir Khan is 2-2 in his last four outings, been KO'd, looked pedestrian against Julio Diaz, a mediocre fighter, and hasn't avenged either of his losses. He ducked Devon Alexander in December because he didn't want to jeopardize this fight. The guy is a shell of himself, not that he was flawless to begin with, has no chin, poor defense, wild winging punches, the only thing you can still say about him is that he's fast. Mayweather should have fought Danny Garcia, and waited for either Khan to rebound or for Kell Brook to win a title before facing a Brit. Now it looks like the PPV numbers could be at Guerrero levels, or lower, even casual fans I've spoken to know this fight is trash, they'd rather see Floyd vs. PAC, Bradley, Maidana (after the Broner fight) and Danny Swift. Four fights that would probably sell better than a matchup with Khan who has zero momentum.
