Poll: Should Manny leave Top Rank?

FREE WILLY!!!! But honestly He should be his own Boss just like Cotto his name certainty is big enough to not really depend on another promoter and if he decides to leave in good terms when his contract is up he can do business with everyone .

Forget Floyd for a minute. Wouldn't you rather see Pac against Danny Garcia/Lucas Matthysse/Keith Thurman than in recycled Top Rank fights? Thurman and Matthysse are barely known low reward/high risk fighters. The likelihood of Pacquiao or even Mayweather fighting either of them would be small regardless of promotional issues. You see Mayweather fighting freaken Khan for a reason. For 2014, I'm perfectly fine with a Ruslan fight. I'm not crazy about a Bradley rematch, but after the JMM win, a lot of people seem to want to see it. Pacquiao vs Garcia will be cool, but we'll see how much the landscape changes in 2015 though. I'm sure Arum will snatch a few new fighters by then.

Pacquiao should leave Arum not because of Mayweather, (well, that fight is full of controversies) but because of guys like Garcia, Maidiana, Matthysse, Thurman, etc. That's my point as well. It's not only about Floyd. It's about all the possible match ups as listed above. My God, those are some awesome fights. Tell me you wouldn't buy a Manny vs Danny/Thurman/Matthysse/Maidana/Porter PPV.

I think Manny should do what he wants to do, and not be bullied into a decision becuase of Floyd's ego.

NO!!! If Floyd wasn't such a b!T(H diva this wouldn't even be brought up. No other fighter would request that on top of the other million excuses. They would simply man up & fight, figure some way to make it, try to find a way with the promoters ect anything, but come up with reasons why not to make it. Manny got as far as he could go with TR. Now the in house options are not as desireble by the public and he is heavily restricted on the competition he can face because of TR. It has ran its course and is time for him to move on, he don't need TR anymore.

He should only leave if he is not happy with Arum as his promoter. He should not leave to get a Mayweather fight because Mayweather won't fight him no matter who promotes him.

And uea already stated he doesn't plan on retiring any time soon. So yea, there really is no reason for him to stay. That's what logic says. But Manny isn't really a logical man. I don't know, I think Pac is just about ready to walk away. No denying the better fights are with Golden Boy, but for the time frame I expect him to continue fighting, Bradley and Prov are good enough. Not like Golden Boy has anyone definitely better than Bradley, and Prov is pretty damn good. If Pac is definitely going to continue for a while yet, than please, Pac, get the hell away from Top Rank.

Why should Pacquaio leave Top Rank ? Mayweather is just c***blocking to avoid the fight. Everyone has their own promoter and Mayweather works with GB because May Promotions is just a name apparently.He should be grateful he's his own man but tying the fight to leaving someone? I don't know, considering how close he probably is to retirement, there's nothing besides Floyd that should draw him away from Top Rank. Golden Boy would probably rip him off just as badly as Arum. Hell yeah, he should leave TopRank. There is nothing left there for him; he should sign with GoldenBoy which has many fight options for Manny that can make him large $$$....obviously the Mayweather fight being the biggest.
