Manny killed the fight initially but what about after that?

Everything agreed to but Manny's part on the drug testing so I guess we can all blame Manny for the fight not happening. Do you guys think if he agrees to everything from the get go that we have a fight or do you think another hurdle would have been put up? After the fight fell through which was Manny's fault can we all agree that it has been mostly Golden Boy's and Mayweather's fault? Sounded like the fight was in a good spot and going to happen and Bob and Schaefer were supposed to meet in Dallas with Jerry Jones and then Schaefer abruptly says he is not going at the last minute. And after that it went to hell. And since then been a lot of contradictions and hurdles from Mayweather camp. Anybody else remember when Floyd and Bob were both in a suite together at the Super Bowl?
