If Mayweather Didn't Fight Khan In May Could It Be Considered A "Duck" Now?

We all know that, in the past, Khan was avoided by Bradley, Marquez, Alexander and Danny Garcia (who ran from the rematch). After the prolonged build-up and speculation even before the official Mayweather vs Khan date is announced, with the majority of boxing fans licking their lips in anticipation of this incredible match up, if Mayweather didn't go ahead with the Khan fight in May, could it be considered the same sort of "ducking" that the aforementioned fighters have demonstrated when Khan's name is brought up or is it different because it's Mayweather (who will always be the massive favorite regardless of who he fights at 147)? You decide.. If Mayweather doesn't fight Khan in May is he ducking?

Hopefully Floyd fights another more deserving fighter. I would prefer Porter, Kirkland, Garcia, or Maidana just to name some. Bu yea I'm sure the haters will claim Floyd is ducking someone. That is the only thing they can do to discredit his unblemished career. lol

Khan avoided Alexander for a Floyd shot, you have it the other way around. Never heard Khan seriously pursuing a rematch with Garcia. Khan is easy money for Floyd, actually it is one of the worst fight to make. Khan has no momentum at the moment.
