Yes it is better than anything Floyd has done. Barrera was no2 p4p, some thought no1. Barrera may have lost before but he improved from the losses and was on a good run, so essientally may be the best he ever was against Pac. Morales is better than any Floyd win as well. Morales may have taken some opponents lightly but he took pac seriously and the Morales that fougth Pac, Floyd hasnt fought such experienced fighters before. DLH maybe Floyds best win, but he was past his best and was coming off of a loss to BH just about.
