Floyd has done great in convincing the casual fan that being undefeated means something. His marketability is directly tied to his undefeated record, which is why he won't fight a real threat to that "0." Same people saying "he won't fight a threat" are the same one's that jumped back on Cotto's nuts after his last fight...& that's just one example. Clearly. They have to be much slower and less coordinated than Floyd is below the waist. Fast hands, punching power, punch resistance, size, strength, ect, are of no concern to Floyd. As long as he can control distance he'll fight you. Bernard Hopkins maintains a similar criteria when selecting opponents. As long as you're relatively flat footed it's all good.

What i cant understand is that this guy is still fighting Champions and multiple division world champions at times and even that isn't good enough. If he fought Pac tomorrow some of u same haters still would not give him credit if he beat him and I say if only because in a fight anything can happen. Amir Kahn is not a bum. Is he the best choice as far as the toughest choice, no. But he has established himself with a good fan base and like him or not makes for pretty exciting fights.
