Do you think Broner will comeback stronger from this defeat..or did this end him?

a reality check like the one he just had might do him good. what doesnt do him any good is copying everything mayweather does. his lack of output needs to be looked at. im sure the commentator said early in the fight that in the time maidana threw 229 punches, broner had threw 50 odd. i might be wrong but if that is the case then your not gonna win many fights. anyway, i dont like him at all, and was delighted to see the ****y twat get what was coming to him, especially of a so called no skills brawler. priceless.

It's totally up to him. He clearly got talent, but talent alone won't get your far. If this kid wants to Pull his head in and focus on getting better and realise he needs to put in a ton of work of he wants to actually achieve something big in boxing, then why not? He's just not good and if you can't perform in your natural weight class against opposition who isn't even considered elite in that weight class then he should probably reconsider his career in boxing

Guerrero as his come back fight would be fine and salable. Ortiz and Peterson would be fine also. There's also Alexander. All these guys lost their last fights, so I don't think there would be major issues. Another tomato can just to resuscitate his career would be an insult to fans. What for? Why not face another proven fighter and come back big?

A fight against Guerrero is the perfect fight for Broner to see where he is but unfortunately Haymon and GBP will line up a bunch of tomato cans for him to fight. One thing for sure is Golden Boy can't put Broner as a PPV headliner. I am fine if he fights marquee fighters on PPV undercards. Think about this PPV in May Mayweather vs Ortiz 2 Broner vs Guerrero Garcia vs Malinaggi Thurman vs Maidana This will be a great card, it's probably far from happening but a Boxing fan can dream.

Truth be told the kid let the hype go to his head...he wanted to emulate Floyds flashy life style and trash talking but should have been trying to emulate his dedication and hunger...watching him blow up between fights and making sex tapes was depressing to watch. I believed in him and still think he can be great with the proper focus and dedication...but do you think he will prosper or will he end up being another Berto? physically he can but it will all be determined by his mental fortitude, to work harder...

He will come back stronger because Haymon will give him another laundromat worker for his come back fight. Then the hype resumes again. If Haymon matches him up with Matthysse, Guerrero, guys who lost their last fights themselves, and pulls a victory then you can say he's really back. But beating another yet tomato can proves nothing. Absolutely nothing. A come back win against another tomato can is meaningless. If he can beat another loser like Matthysse, he'll become big again. Otherwise, I'm not buying it.

I think he will be a champion again. There are too many titles being held by average fighters that he can regain one from. As far as being an elite fighter, he has to do a complete turnaround in his preparation, and dedication to the sport. I don't see that happening anytime soon, reason being, right after the Maidana fight, he was talking about partying.

He's never been all that great to begin with. If he didn't act like he does no one would even be talking about him. Who has he actually beaten? He doesn't have what a it takes to be on the elite level.

I think he will be OK if he trains harder and moves down in weight first. He got knocked down but got back up twice and even hurt Maidana in the 11th (The punch landed after the bell) but that shows he has decent power. He needs to train with Floyd for a day to see what it takes to fight a full 12 rounds because his punch output will not cut it at 147. I also want to add, that his progression was handled completely wrong by Haymon and GBP. The weight jumps, from light puncher to monster puncher..they never gave him a chance to actually settle into a weight class. They moved him too fast at too young of an age. They did the same with Canelo. Putting him in with Floyd was nothing but an exploit of his popularity. He was totally unprepared.

If he changes his attitude, hire a better trainer, and fix his flaws. Remember that Pacquiao was 27 yrs.old when Eric Morales schooled him in 2005. But Morales was a Hall of famer and an Atg and a way better fighter then Maidana and still didnt beat Manny up like Marco beat up Broner
