He felt robbed of the last three months of his life he poured into that fight. I understand he didn't want to talk about it immediately afterwards.
If you can give Cotto a pass on doing that, then you can't criticize Broner for doing the same.
I can't even remember, but did Cotto bother to congratulate Trout? I was actually at the fight, but I never saw the reply and didn't pay attention to that detail.
Nice to see he is okay lol, this might have helped his career. If you still hate Broner your an Ass hole. Just like those people throwing **** at him, that was truly pathetic.
Pathetic? More pathetic than him making racist comments? Those were probably Mexicans throwing sh*t him and well deserved. F*ck him.

It's definitley outlandish to think he won either of those fights because he clearly lost both.
And even if he did think he won, it would have been by the smallest of margins.
That's not a legitimate reason to leave the ring. I don't think you can critisize Broner for leaving the ring and not Cotto.
As for the Trout fight, if Jim Gray didn't chase him down there outside the ring he would have walked to the back. He left the ring and didn't intend to do an interview but when Jim Gray came out and got him he did it.
Competitive nature obviously played a role in his thinking, he did clearly lose. That being said, we clearly don't see eye to eye on close both these fights were. I think the wide cards are a slap to the face.
I've never complained about it when Marquez did it in the close fights he lost either.
What do you think about Marquez not doing interviews a couple of times?

I don't care for the way this young man conducts his public life. Great fighters DO loose but the really great ones don't need to get their world upside down to learn what humility is.
If you don't respect your opponent and let it be known you respect them why fight them?
What honor or awards can you get or deserve winning over some one you don't respect!!
Atleast the big question was answered about young Adrian.........he fought a guy who fought back when Adrian hit him, and Adrian did the same!
I really wasn't sure about him because of the way he acts but he showed me what all fight people want to see when adversity comes.........he fought back!
The haters will keep hating its what they do but just rember regardless of who their hating their all cowards!!!! Hating is for the non-fighters the ones who only talk tough. When their faced with adversity in their face they do nada!!!
Now will really see if Adrian is a real full time fighter or a poser looking to grab a few dollars and go on his way! Not sure about that either.
You see no one on here knows whats inside his heart, I'm not sure he does but he's going to find out! Ray
Amazing post!
There is no reason to hate him unless you know him personally and he did something to you. It's a sport. After he loss, people attack him for leaving, but none acknowledges the fact that he himself took the initiative to go up to Maidana and congratulate him right away.
It's ok to dislike him, but to hate to the point where you cheer the fans throwing trash at him is sad.
Nice to see he is okay lol, this might have helped his career. If you still hate Broner your an Ass hole. Just like those people throwing **** at him, that was truly pathetic.
You never know, he still young doe
The guys who talk down on him probably had boners the whole fight lmao
True lol, then next example: Pac beat down Much worse than Broner TWICE and came back much better
Thats a little gay Bro
this kid is truly disgusting lmao... defending this trashball fraud
I dont know if you saw Barrera-Hamed but this was way worse
I don't know they had similar humiliating moments :lol1: Barrera slammed Hamed's face into the turnstile after headlocking him and Maidana humped Broner from behind then combed his hair at the end
I'm not arguing he did. Him believing he did is a different story.
It's outlandish to think he won close fights and be pissed the judges gave him little to no credit for the work he put in during camp and the fight? To hear 11-1 on the cards when you just fought a close fight is a slap in the face.
And he actually gave interviews for both on TV, unlike Broner. And when he got thrashed by Manny, he stayed in the ring and gave an interview.
He went kissed his family and then gave Gray an interview :dunno:

Hamed was past his prime, his hands were shot, he came back from a injury, struggling to lose the weight for the fight, he'd been in some tough wars, and the fight was one sided like some folk make it out to be
Broner is still young, hasn't been in any wars before this and he got laid out twice
So because got his ass kicked we should all love him now? He continued his antics by leaving without giving an interview.
His actions moving forward is what will determine my hate/like for him, and that should go for everyone.
did you give cotto a pass for walking out the ring twice ir is it 3 times after an UD Loss or a TKO loss?
At the very least Broner did show some sort of class in congratulating team Maidana. I remember when Pacman got slept, how ecstatic I was. But then I felt sorry for him after the initial joy wore off.
Same with Broner. I was ecstatic after he got beat up. But truly hating fans have killed my excitment about it. I mean people act like he got dominated. I swear by the way people are acting, you'd think he got a Hamed/Lacy type beating.
I dont know if you saw Barrera-Hamed but this was way worse
