Source? Ariza and Garcia are claiming a representative from VADA told them Pacquiao had not been tested, this was after Rios done his fourth test (the day after the fight.) That's your proof? Why would VADA need to make the tests public? If a fighter comes up dirty they notify the commission that is sanctioning the fights. They don't need to let John Q. Public know a damn thing. It comes out anyway. ie; Berto, Peterson. You boys need to put your thinking caps on....

They may release specific and more detailed test results publicly if asked for it though. So they released a bunch of Floyd Mayweather's fight results with his opponents because the public sent a high volume of emails asking for them. Otherwise, they don't normally do it. USADA and VADA function differently in many ways. They shouldn't be compared really. For instance, VADA sponsors athletes at times. Meaning they test them for free. USADA does not sponsor athletes though. VADA doesn't sanction athletes, USADA does though. USADA test many athletes from various sports, including the Olympics. VADA is limited to MMA and Professional Boxing.

And Team Pacquaio did not provide those either. It was legal attacks back and forth. I think Team Mayweather made the attack first, and Team Pacquaio counterattacked asking for Mayweather's records. What is fact, however, is that the settlement in the Pacquiao/Mayweather lawsuit happened after the Pacquiao camp tried to get Mayweather's USADA testing records. So maybe where there is smoke there is fire.
