Depends.
If that professional boxer is Larry or Sucketts then yes.
Other than that, they wouldn't stand a chance in hell.

No disrespect TS but that is just a silly question! Women would get battered and literally killed if this were to happen. This is what it would look like, only 10 times worse:
I'm literally speechless. No matter how much taunting was going on, those guys KNEW she had no chance. Then they send up a guy who is clearly much bigger...
She was full of hubris, but those "men" lost all track of prudence and common decency.
... and that awful cacophony in the background....
yes, but in the sparring video with rigo and the girl
It sounds like u have an agenda... There's a Muay Thai video showing a pro female can't compete and a video showing a pro female boxer getting played with by Rigo... And ur still wondering if a woman can compete?

Someone didn't tell that boy you're not supposed to hit girls when he was little.
Lucia Rijker was KOd against a male kickboxer years ago. But she was the only woman boxer I've ever seen who really knew how to box and was unbeatable. I remember when Max Kellerman was very young and with ESPN and they were talking about female boxing, he mentioned that "the only female I know who can box is Lucia Rijker; she fights just like a man:. So I looked her up. I wrote to her and we exchanged about 5-6 letters over about a year. She wasn't doing much at that time, following Christy Martin around trying to shame her into a fight. Martin wouldn't fight. I think that Bob Arum offered a million dollar purse (or a million dollars each-can't recall). She used to train with The Roach. This was long before the movie "Million Dollar Baby" although maybe the producer got the idea for the name from the aborted Martin-Rijker fight.
At one time she had 14 wins by KO in her first 15 fights. I do't think there was good opposition then, but she was good enough to beat any woman. A genuine fighter who didn't know how to lose.
I remember Lucia Rijker from Knockout Kings 2000.

Even if she was on massive amounts of PEDs and whatever. A determined man could literally kill her in a 12 round fight.
Especially an in shape and prepared man. A trained woman vs an average Joe Shmoe, she could probably get through 12 by moving away and avoiding him. But any other circumstance, she gets seriously hurt in there and could be killed truthfully if he fully applied himself to the task.
This is the truth. A guy giving his all would hurt a woman, even an in shape and prepared woman.

Did he outbox her?
Did he land more than 17%?
how did she do against him?

No. Remember celebrity boxing with the ripped WWF lady fighting a fat and ancient Joey Buttafauco? He toyed with her and she cried. And she is an athlete and he's just some fat ****.
I don't think a woman has a chance at the same weight class. But I would like to see women compete with men. They don't in any sport or physical activity that I know of.
Not billiards or bowling or golf or tennis (not to mention baseball, football and boxing).
If women were to fight men I think that they would have to be given a weight advantage such as middleweights fight welter and welter fights lightweight (but, today, even that advantage wouldn't be nearly enough).
Man could literally kill a woman in the ring, if he really tried. No holding back type stuff.
