There are some who discredit Julio Diaz like he's a nobody and ridicule Khan for getting dropped by him but lets take a look at one or two of his previous victories, comparing them with other well-known fighters who fought the same opponents..
Jesus Chavez
Julio Diaz KO 3
Floyd Mayweather Jr RTD 9
Erik Morales UD 12
Michael Katsidis KO 8
David Diaz MD 10
David Torres
Julio Diaz KO 5
Ruslan Provodnikov KO 6
Hector Sanchez
Julio Diaz KO 5
Demarcus Corley UD 8
Courtney Burton
Julio Diaz TKO 11
Angel Manfredy Lost KO 8 (Good fight, check it out. Burton slept in his gym for 3 months training for that one)
Emanuel Augustus Lost SD 10 (Although Augustus beat him in the rematch by KO 8)

Although he's had ups and downs in his career and private life which might explain some of his losses, when he comes into the ring fully prepared, Diaz could be considered a very good fighter.
Julio Diaz drew with Porter in the their first fight.. You dudes can now see after Porter beat Alexander that Devon was never on the same level as Khan..
Khan was weight drained against Prescott and he had a new trainer for that one fight who told him to go toe to toe and to try and KO Prescott in the first round. Worst game plan he could have possibly had against a guy who, at the time, had KOd 17 of his 19 opponents and nearly all of them in the early rounds.
Truth is Khan, because he was weight drained, was lucky to have won his next two fights at lightweight - especially the Barrera fight. He moved up to light welterweight less than a year after the Prescott loss and in his first fight there he beat Kotelnik for the title, much more convincingly than Devon Alexander's performance against Kotelnik in Kotelniks next fight after the Khan loss (and a Kotelnik who had been inactive for over a year before facing Devon).
Was he weight drained when he was KO'ing everyone before Prescott?
chavez tore his acl in the third and couldn't stand up. :fest30:
lol.. Remember Vitali vs Solis KO1..
It happens in boxing, it's still a KO if you're counted out due to an injury..
That's true, Augustus has been robbed more times than anyone. Still, there's no disputing the Manfredy victory for Burton, or the fact Diaz KOd Chavez in 3, while it took Floyd 9 rounds to RTD him...

Oh god... Is this serious? Lol

No, gods aren't serious, they are just man-made, imaginary, fictional characters like Spiderman, Superman and Santa.
I can't wait to see the Prescott thread.

augustus beat burton by a huge margin in their first fight and fell victim to one of the worst robberies in boxing history, fight wasnt even close. atlas went cray in the post fight, almost made me like the guy. he was spot on for once.

Khan was a bum.
Khan is a bum.
Khan will always be a bum.
Khan is worthless at welterweight, was overrated at jr welterweight and showed he was much of nothing at lightweight when the very limited Prescott 1st fathered him.
Diaz is so far removed from his prime, he hasn't had a notatble win since 2007.
exactly...the torres fight happened like 5 years ago and most probably diaz was in prime during that fight.
now some idiot is using that info to justify khan getting a shot at floyd.
Diaz has decent punching power, but he couldn't hurt Porter at all in their rematch. If Khan isn't on the level of Shawn Porter, he shouldn't be fighting Floyd.
