doesnt agree to the home-home deal with Stevenson. Like Adonis would fight him in Oakland at 168 and the rematch in Canada at 175. Seems like there is alot of money to be made there

what about froch and chavez doe?
Sorry to break it to you guy but fighters do not have to move up as long as they can make the weight they are at..fighters can stay at a weight class and dominate...Hopkins did it..Hagler did it and Kosta did it...Monzon never moved up and the list goes on....if Ward can make 168 and wants to stay there then there is no way he is ducking anyone not in his weight class period
imagine mayweather fighting at super-featherweight until he turned 30.
stevenson @ 168.......... no no no ward. He's got a thing for taking the WBC lightheavy champ down a weight class and beating them up..
so ward's probably not fighting GGG in 2014, and he's not moving up in weight.
....
Ward-Stieglitz September 2014.

If it's been proposed and he's turned it down, then it's a duck. Was it proposed?? Furthermore the fight just needs to happen at 175.
I remember Stevenson mentioning it before, don't know about any actual offers though.
I think it's a stupid idea to accept on Ward's part, personally. If he wins the fight at 168 and dominates, the interest won't be there for the rematch and no one will give him credit. If he's going to fight Stevenson, do so once at 175.
