Was there bad blood between Kovalev and Sillakh?

I heard its because Sillakh wanted Ukraine to join the EU but Kovalev wanted them to join Putin's Russian Bloc. And since the president didnt sign the agreement Kovalev was taunting him "Told you so, hahaha" when he knocked him down :lol1::lol1::lol1:

Kovalev is very c0cky in the ring remember against Nathan Cleverly he did a pelvic thrust feint it was hilarious then gave the F U to the Welsh crowd. Yeah i forgot about the Cleverly fight.
