What is reported to the press should have no bearing on what you submit in your tax forms. And since he has a double taxation agreement likelihood is (and its in one of the photos) he submits his tax returns to the U.S government and not the Phillipines. Also if this is true and Pacquiao doesn't have a bloody accountant it's his own fault. This is what I don't understand is the US tax rate is 36% right....the Phillipines is 32%...why file in the US???
