I don't know how you got that from my comment. Lennox Lewis and Carl Froch faced adversity in fights and they made adjustments and found a way to win. They could have pulled a Kessler and just mentally folded and accepted defeat when things weren't going their way. I dont know what Kessler has to do with this. If anything, the fight yesterday showed his age. He was slower than ever, less determined and couldn't get his jab working. maybe he wasnt motivated for this fight, he probably thought Groves wasnt in his level thats why he was trash talking a lot

What's controversial about busting an opponents face up until he can't continue? A cuts stoppage is always unfortunate. Him being behind on the cards made it most unfulfilling. Lewis promised a rematch like Froch did last night. In the end he didn't fullfill his promise and chose to retire instead.

I think Froch should go after the Ward rematch then retire.
