Who should Pac fight next?

Pac should go back to Light Welter I wanna see him fight Tim! No disrespect to the dudes that you listed there, but I think that Pac has to go back down to the light-welterweight division. Let me explain. Based on Manny's historical weight profile, he is just barely making the weight at welter. A fighter should re-hydrate at a significantly higher weight than just a few pounds above the maximum. Rios was coming up in weight class but still outweighed Pac by 9 pounds on fight night. I think the only reason that Pac and even Marquez moved up in weight was to chase that old intangible factor that higher weight classes attracts more fans. Well I think Pac has proven himself and should go back down to a weight division where he doesn't have to get up for a midnight snack just to maintain his weight. Besides, if you look at the L-welter division, it would make for some new and intriguing drama with the likes of Danny Garcia, Lucas Matthyse, Mike Alvarado, Peterson, and maybe his old friend and stablemate - Amir Khan who has had a little falling out with team Pac. There's also the longshot possibility of banging it out with his current friend Provodnikov. The other reason I would like Pac to go back down is that I don't see his punches making an impact in this weight class. Sure he mutilates people's faces, but that's just from volume. His punches are just not making the impact as it does in the lower weight classes. I just don't think Pac's body mass has enough inertia to knock people out at 147 pounds. In contrast, whenever I see him getting tagged, you could see the impact it has on his body. He confirmed it in the interview that Rios hurt him somewhere around the 5th round. Even in his win against Margarito, Pac's body took a pounding and he was in the hospital for a few days. I think both Pac and Marquez are blown up welterweights and should go back down to the divisions that their bodies normally belong to.

But considering Bradley broke his ankle in the second round and then sprained his other in the 4th, Pac should of KOed him. Obviously I picked Mayweather, biggest fight out there, not 50/50 like it was 3-4 years ago but still damn good now. Second would be Bradley, cos he stole that first fight and I'd like Manny to get his deserved win here. Other than that....Prov is a good slugger with great heart but he'd get Margarito'd/Rios'd. Marquez, if off the roids, gets smacked up by a mad Manny!

Wouldn't mind seeing him fight Broner if Mayweather continues to duck, at least that way fans can see how Pac would break that style of defense down. If he can't beat Broner then no way he beats Floyd. However if he destroys Broner then Floyd will retire.

I'd like to see him fight provodnikov but I think it will be Marquez .its more money and a chance for revenge

Neither he showed a years worth of rust and was dead tired around 8-9 vs Rios, not to mention far lesser fighters have boxed the **** out of Rios in a more impressive fashion Manny needs another easy touch like a Jessie Vargas, then the Bradleys of the world.......

The best win for Pac would be a win over Bradley so if Pac can get that fight, thats the one he should take. you think average fans care about momentum? just fight floyd even though floyd won't do it. i like to watch him squirm and come up with excuses about how he can't do things he previously agreed upon.

Pac neds to jump straight into the Mayweather fight if all negotiations can be handled (long shot) He has nothing left to gain from these other fighters except Bradley maybe but he might lose that rematch (bradley is younger, and more confident now than ever especially since he knows he competed against Manny and Manny is capable ofbeing KOD now) Arum just needs to cash out Manny now, cuz all these fights against Alvarado, Provodnikov, (long shot) Garcia, Matthyse, Maidana, will do nothing for him if he wins and people will just ask Mayweather? why not cash out now if he wins , its a great upset, if he loses so what he got paid and lost to the best

Bradley, Marquez, Mayweather. I am sure he wants to avenge his losses. If he wins those first two fights in a big way, then Mayweather-Pacquiao can regain some momentum, again.
