Groves has a wide base and really bends at the knees so he springs up which adds to the power plus he's got underrated handspeed but all his punches are w/power , that leads to his tiring it'll be an issue his whole career

Groves is a hard hitter but I don't think he's the hardest puncher. His technique is great and he caught Froch flush without Froch even seeing it. Froch just looked off tonight even before that shot. Age has really caught up with him and all the wars he's been in throughout his career. Rubbish. Froch has always struggled with pure boxers like Groves. It the same Froch we have always seen in there. The box and move type has never boded well with him. If Groves was more disciplined, he would have won fairly comfortably.
