Amazing how many drug tests are "passed" when VADA isn't used. Even more amazing that VADA is rarely used anymore. Man I wonder why that would be?!

In facts seems more like they were in the dark, as was Rafael It's more likely they were aware being that they were already informed about the most recent A-sample positive. You'd be able to argue that point only if they were unaware about a SINGLE positive beforehand. But that isn't the case, so you have no basis to make that assumption.

I've read those articles before, and neither of them say anything to refute what I've already told you. For instance, the B-sample being the most recent sample that they were waiting on. And there is nothing in those articles saying that the NY Commission were unaware that Morales tested positive several times prior. The only fact was his most recent positive, the B-sample hadn't come back yet. When positives occur, they usually run the B-sample afterwards for confirmation. It's not like the A and B samples are tested at the same time. It's was the NY Commissions job to cancel the fight. But they failed. Although, according to Angel Garcia, the NY Commission and Golden Boy left it up to him and Danny to decide whether they wanted to continue with the fight or not. He says that on YouTube. Can you source all of that? BoxingScene posts many credible articles that gets ignored in favor of less credible articles by Conte puppet sites like Max Boxing. BoxingScene also has detailed interviews where Margaret Goodman of VADA revealed alarming comments that even the writers of BoxingScene called her out on at the time. And Peterson told VADA not to tell anyone. VADA obliged and said they will wait til the B-sample returns. VADA also is controversial because of their ties to Conte. There have been reports that Conte spearheaded VADA. These reports existed before VADA was officially formed as Conte was bragging about it initially. Yes, he is. Floyd isn't a Golden Boy fighter. Floyd contracts Golden Boy, pays them a flat fee to help. Floyd foots the bills for his fights, marketing, drug testing, etc. So my question stands: why would Floyd the promoter pay big money for something that can only hurt him, by preventing his guys from competing on his cards? He hopefully isn't aware of their PED intake, so he only stands to get bad news. Hopefully he's the only one to get the news, right, then he decides what to do with it?

Bey and Love are being randomly drug tested through USADA now according to Leonard Ellerbe. All his fighters are actually. But before, yes, it was only regular NSAC testing. So then Floyd is contracting Usada independently of GBP, as I expected.
