Rios never fought at `147, Marquez has done nothing but beat Pacquaio at ww, Bradley beat Marquez and robbed Manny at ww, Mosley hadnt won since 08, Cotto was a his last good win at the weight and even he was one fight removed from a life and death struggle and prior to that he got beat with bricks by Margarito the facts are Its been almost 5 years since he beat a top 10 contender at 147 not coming off a loss If he beats Rios he should fight other contenders or retire

Pacquiao has name recognition all over the world. What does he even need a promoter for? Bob Arum is basically stealing money at this point. Problem is his fans would be happy with Pac vs JMM, again....like that would help his legacy. Arums stable at WW is embarrasingly thin. The only legit fight would be Bradley.

lol yes everyone has known this since 10', Pac should have just do the Mayweather and choose who he wants to fight and wants promotion from but you cant teach an old dog new tricks, he hasnt done it back then he wont do it now. his career's almost over anyway 2 more fights after rios i say

We are talking about Pacquiao? The guy that fought Clottey, when Floyd refused to fight him because he was too big? The guy that fought Cotto when Mayweather wouldn't. Cotto should thank Pacman because if Manny didn't knock him out, Floyd never would have fought him. And what about Margarito, remember Manny was the guy that would fight him. Before that Margarito was part of the second biggest duck on Floyd's resume.

The thing I respect the least about Pacquiao is his association with Bob Arum. I've always questioned his overall intelligence based purely on that alone. Can't look at or hear about the guy without thinking that goofy loveable demeanor of his isn't something more concerning. Bad marriage. All of it.
