GGG is a perfect size Middleweight and is already old enough that he shouldn't ever outgrow the weight class. The only exception he should make is to fight Hopkins
Hopkins would be the worst fight he could move up for. It's a no win situation. I he wins, he picked on an old man. If he loses, he lost to a 50 year old.
And it's not even a great payday.
Forget about Hopkins. As you said it's not even an attractive fight for GGG. Let Hopkins fight Mayweather.
So GGG shouldn't move up to fight Froch or Ward, he should instead move down to fight a welter......cool
Dude, read the title of the thread and talk to the TS.

every body knows floyd dont fight for legacy dog, he bout that paper! Only reason i mention floyd is cause someone said he should fight canelo but not floyd they both 154 fighters, shit mayweather is the lineal 154 champion. I find it funny to some fans they have mayweather in the boxing protection program. If the fights to dangerous for mayweather it okay for him to pass on it lol, but not other fighters, getfo WITH THAT NUT HUGGERY SHIT. IF CANELO CAN FIGHT GGG SO CAN MAYWEATHER NO ANDS IF OR BUTS ABOUT IT.
THIS WHY BRONER WILL BE GREATER THEN FLOYD, BRONER FIGHTS WHOEVER FUCK A SCARY FIGHTER ANYBODY CAN GET IT.
So you think Broner will fight Golovkin, seriously?
I disagree, Golovkin can definitely fight at 168. Nothing really suggest he shouldn't. He has the body frame, size, and reach. And he can carry his power up to 168. But he should fight Martinez first.
If he fights Hopkins only 2 things can happen GGG dominates or its a super close decision(win or lose) the risk is minimal.
Are you serious? Or Bhop schools him massively possibly stopping him
why should he fight hopkins but not move up? lol wtf.. he said he can do 168, if no serg or canelo or quillin fight i wanna see him vs ward

until he gets Martinez, no need to move up
GGG is the people's champ at MW, but not the man to beat
there's still plenty of fights for him at 160
no need rushing a jump up until he's put in all the work at MW
at some point next yr, Martinez must fight him or Murray in a rematch
preferably the rematch and GGG faces the winner
he hasn't conquered or outgrown his current division, so stay put

Sergio Martinez started at welterweight, moved up from 154 to middleweight at age 35 and people on this site were calling him out for not moving up to super middleweight at age 38-39. :pat:
I think he should stay at 160 but what exactly about last night proved he shouldn't move up?
Because if Stevens was able to bulldog his way off the ropes while hurt, GGG wouldn't stand a chance trying to cut off the ring vs a guy like Froch.
