Does this guy really belong in the ring with Floyd?

Anyone but Khan will do. It should be Cotto, Martinez or Garcia
I would love to see Floyd Broner
Build up would be crazzzyy
All Khan has to do is beat 1 known opponent and he has this in the bag but Khan let himself down every time.
If Khan does win one and Floyd gives it to him, I can just picture Floyd and his fans excuse:
" ... but he was ranked #2 at WW and beat that one guy .... anyways, its a good money (business) fight"
Khan has no ranking at WW anymore. They removed it after temporarily added him in I think

Is anyone surprised that this is being set up as Mayweather's next fight? He's always taken on lesser opponents as long as the money is there. As another user mentioned, he's not called Money for nothing. Floyd goes where the money goes and where he knows his unbeaten record will be secure. He doesn't give a damn about a legacy or putting on an entertaining bout for the fans. He only cares about his pocketbook and continuing to control who his opponents are until he retires. Fighting Amir Khan, an inferior opponent who was already beaten by boxers who should be closer to fighting Mayweather, is right up Floyd's alley. He truly is a modern day champion, controlling his own destiny with his ever expanding pocketbook.
Floyd would fight him, not go for the ko and that would be Amirs Victorious dillusion, after the fight we will never stop hearing from Amir about how well he did vs Floyd
Its amazing how much you criticize Floyd on this forum but now you're actually arguing that Khan would be a legitimate fight. Even some hardcore Floyd fans don't support this.
:lol1::lol1::lol1: Hmmmmm...........I wonder why?
This would be the worst opponent Floyd face in maybe 5 year man, maybe longer!
5 years? This would be the worst, most meaningless fight of his ENTIRE CAREER. Sharmba Mitchell was a welterweight tuneup. OK No problem. He fought in some title eliminators and made some mandatory defenses. Cool. You got do do what you got to do.
But this is nothing more than a cherry picking money grab.
Thats BS man. I am a huge fan of Floyd but I wanna see him tested and pushed by the best so that when it comes to the end nobody can say he must someone by going to fight some Brit for easy money

He said he'd like to see how Floyd would deal with the speed. Like come on bro far lesser fighters than Floyd haven't had a problem timing that fool and catching him in exchanges.
Do you really need proof?
Exactly,,,, everyone already knows that khan doesnt deserve this fight,, he hasnt looked good in years, and has struggled to beat journeymen type guys like that little molina and julio
If not Khan then who? plz dont say Garcia because he is slow as hell and Floyd would easily outbox him. Only someone that can match Mayweather's speed would give him a challenge. I can recall the fight with Zab Judah, Zab was giving him problems early until he lost his cool.
danny is a very underated fighter. zab judah probably won 3 rounds the last round and 2 and 4 i think the first round was close and floyd won the 3rd and the last round floyd basically gave away
It's pointless to post a video where Khan is getting rocked by punchers whenever FMJ is not a KO puncher.
Post the videos of what happened when Khan faced opponents that weren't big punchers.
would prescott and garcia knockout ww ? i'm not sure
floyd has a couple of stoppages at 140 and at the higher weight class he did have mosley hurt and cotto 2 fighters that i'm sure most people would say have better chins than khan
i don't know why a knockout early in his career is that big of a deal i honestly doubt prescott would stop khan now
