A few videos giving you a look at Gavin MacMillan and his approach to training

Since some people aren't too familiar with Gavin and the style of training he provides, I just figured I'd post a few videos to give you some insight into what his approach is like. His facility is called Sport Science Lab, and he has a number of affiliates who have been training world class athletes as well. Gavin himself is probably best known for rehabbing Georges St. Pierre following his ACL tear, and of course working with Freddie's fighters in the Wild Card Gym.
