Who do you want to see Ruslan Provodnikov fight next? I'm going with Broner. It would tell us once and for all if Broner is for real. Secondly it would be a super interesting fight that could go a number of ways. I still want to see Broner unless Maidana beats him.

Broner will outbox/counter him more easily than bradley did and wont fight fan friendly, Broner by UD I seriously doubt that. I think that would be a life and death fight for Broner. I could see Broner possibly quitting if it got to tough in there for him.

cotto is a poor example because he actually wanted to switch trainers and goes thru them like dirty diapers maybe so. relative to getting a ruslan v manny fight made, I think ruslan can obtain the services of any top trainer. If he chooses not to, so be it.

I said switching trainers just to get a chance at the biggest payday. I didn't say just switch trainers for the sake of it. Great question, if it wasn't for promotional disputes, I would have Provodnikov vs Danny Garcia, a real battle of number 1 versus number 2, such a rarity in today's sport. So that's why I voted that, in all honesty, I do not believe that fight happens any time soon. I can envisage an Alvarado rematch, possibly a Pacquiao fight or a Rios fight. Even a Bradley rematch makes sense.

i know fighters switch trainers but u're saying it shouldnt be a big deal for ruslan to just switch trainer especially if he's gonna be in one of his biggest fight and he would be going up against his old trainer. why wouldnt this be a big deal? and whos to say ruslan would get a big pay day against pac? thought top rank is cheap?? and whos to say pac would win against rios?? Here is what I am saying. Logically, ruslan should fight the manny/rios winner next since he won. IF its manny as I expect, then ruslan can get a new trainer for just a manny fight because roach trains both. IF they fought, I expect roach to stay with manny. SO ruslan can get the payday rather than have to take a series of lesser paydays against guys who are not winning. Obviously if rios wins, which me, you and most rational fans thinks is HIGHJLY unlikely, then its not an issue an ruslan v rios gets made without having to worry about the trainer issue. I know you are not trying to pretend there is a bigger payday for ruslan than manny.

and im saying why would ruslan get a new trainer for one of his biggest fight? are u not seeing the big picture here?? he would get a new trainer for the manny fight because roach also trains manny and likely will stay with manny because he is the higher profile fighter. this way ruslan can get the manny payday he earned by beating mike. so manny is his only big fight, is that what u're trying to say here? its the biggest fight ruslan can get given the tr/gbp dynamic. so I don't think ruslan should have to fight JMM or the loser of manny/rios since just won. why should rusla nhave to settle for smaller paydays? cotto got with diaz for the marg 2 fight which is before the floyd fight ok so he gota new trainer for that fight. fighters get new trainers plenty of times. I would love to see him fight Matthysse, Maidana, Thurman or Danny Garcia. Since Ruslan will only be fighting on HBO, his options are limited. The only possible fights in the immediate future seem to be Bradley, Alvarado II, or Rios. I doubt he fights Pacquiao because they have the same trainer and I can't see him fighting JMM either. Rios/Provodnikov is a war. I wouldn't mind seeing that. But do you throw Rios to him presumably coming off back to back losses. Alvarado/Provodnikov would be awesome but I doubt Mike wants it. He definitely doesn't want an immediate rematch. Alvarado needs a vacation. Bradley/Provodnikov was a great fight. It's my pick for Ruslan's next fight. It would be interesting to see what adjustments each fighter makes. Other (less desirable) options include: Mayfield, Hank Lundy, Abregu, and Kell Brook.
