Worst upcoming fight? Lara/trout, zab/paulie, bhop/murat

I tried warning y'all, this is kind of crap Showtime is giving u now. This next fight Garcia vs Salka? WTF is a rob Salka? Boring al haymon fighters, and complete mismatches. And Showtime overpaying for all this nonsense. Cancel your Showtime subscription or it will never end! spoiler: let me tell you how this next GBP fight will end. The Haymon guy wins!

Lara vs Trout made Hopkins Murat look like Gatti Ward I.

lol at who ever buys tickets for these fights :lol1: :lol1: :lol1: the most boring will be Lara vs Trout but its the most interesting match up, Zab vs Paulie will be the best but its themost meaningless of all 3 I went to the Bhop card and enjoyed it thoroughly. I might go to the Zab Paulie card too. These fights are not going to be bad unless you just want to see mindless brawling 24/7 :bottle: Dirrell Bika is on the Zab paulie and Lara trout card too. Why wouldn't someone want to watch those fights lol

Seriously? Pac vs Rios for 70 bucks on PPV will be the worst. 2 guys coming off of losses on PPV. Thatd be like paying for Mayweather/Gatti That's the difference between a real fan and a fake fan, you think because a fighter wins that he's worth watching. I think two fighters who come forward and throw bombs and combinations is as entertaining as it gets.

Looking forward to Lara-Trout I have to say. Intriguing match-up in my opinion even if its unlikely to be a Foty candidate. Regarding the point made in the first post, it is interesting to look at the route HBO have gone this year. Maybe not the biggest names but they sure have delivered a lot of really exciting fights this year.

My $ on trout Lara, we know damn well Lara will land one punch and do nothing the rest of the rnd. And trout is in amazing shape, looks huge, but he throws punches like then last thing he wants to do is hurt a mother fker. These dudes wanna spar, they don't wanna fight.

Paulie is also a bum, he's not top 10 at welter, and neither is Judah. Both 2 main events this year. Face it, other than Floyd PPV, Showtime is fringe contender central

Zab-Paulie. Zab lost clearly to Khan, Garcia. Paulie lost clearly to Khan, he lost to Broner. These guys aren't at the top level of boxing, yet 2 of them are fighting. Zab is 35, which is old for a welterweight, Paulie couldn't knock out a bee.

How can you say Trout/Lara is going to be a boring fight when its two of the top 154 pounders in the division? Lara hasnt beatin anyone outside of a lucky win he got from Angulo but yet is talked in here like he's an elite boxer with uncanny boxing skills. The Trout fight will be a good test for him to see where he stands.

It's like the promoters suddenly realized they can recycle. The last few years have been pretty amusing. That and al haymon told Showtime it's time to pay him. I believe 4/6 of these guys are haymon fighters. Is that right or wrong?
