How was floyd blamed for the manny fight not happening?

1-He offered 50/50 and drug testing,manny refused the drug testing saying he did not want to get tested on the day of the fight. 14 days ws offered and manny refused and walked from the table. Floyd say he wants to kick mannys ass and not the 14 day offer was off of the table Manny comes back months later and says i agree to 14 days even after the offer was no longer availble Manny says he will take less to make the fight happen for the fans, Then Arum wants the May date for Manny-Jmm4 when he thinks Floyd is going to jail FLOYD PERSONALLY CALLS MANNY,WHO THEN DEMANDS 50/50 OR NO FIGHT!!! and Arum all the sudden says May is to soon for Manny to fight because his cut has to heal and he needs to build a stadium. LETS NOT FORGET INSTEAD OF FIGHTING FLOYD HE SUED!!! SO HOW DID FLOYD AVOID MANNY?

This is such a lame short sighted comment , everything starts at some place and everything has a first time , and isnt Rios the first time Manny asked anyone to take OST . What do you mean? The question was 'How was floyd blamed for the manny fight not happening?' and my response that Floyd wanting OST is what started off the problems. After that they are both to blame but the OST was the first obstacle.

what exactly is there to risk? Aurm is not risking his cash cow. Besides Floyd who else sells around 1 million ppv. Look how many fights he has had on ppv with Manny since the first negotiations. That was a fight with both guys could had potentially lost at that time and wouldn't had made as much money as both guys have done if either would had gotten a loss way back when

Considering Floyd already admitted being a rich coward, what else is there to debate on? :unitedsta There is lots to debate on , but you idiots are incapable of understanding a time line of events , you will jump back and forward in time to events that are irrelevant to the the original first ducking of the fight . Manny DUCKED THE FIGHT in the only real negotiation they had , a 50/50 offer in the richest and biggest fight in history was not enough to entice Manny to take a drugs tests , he even had to invent a lie to get out of it . A lie to avoid a drugs test that he now forces on a B grade bum while trying to save his career . Are you people ever out of denial mode ?

Bottom line the only thing that held the fight the first time around was testing. That was the only issue that was in dispute. All the other negotiations that failed you can see that Arum is holding up the fight. Manny will fight anybody but Arum is not going to risk it. Manny hasn't fought anybody that is not signed to TR in a while already what exactly is there to risk?

What if your a fan of both? See for me I am a fan of both and was very excited to see the fight. When Floyd asked for testing I didnt care one way or the other. People cheat in sports all the time. They should all be tested. Now when Manny refused and added stipulations, red flags went off. Why would any athlete not take a test unless he was dirty? His die hard fans made it worse by siding with him and supporting it. I think if there was more pressure on manny to take the test he would of had a change of heart So you're saying Floyd cheated 39 times? Yea, we already exposed him as a PED cheater.

Were Leonard, Haggler and Duran at the negotiating table? Than they don't have secret information, your guy said he was scared of needles but he got tats, he was juicing. Hagler thought Floyd wanted Manny to be tested and not himself LOL , Leonard dont blame Floyd and said he beats Manny , and Duran is a jealous hater . The bottom line , Manny walked out on a 50/50 offer in the biggest fight in history because he did not want to take OST , and the irony is its the same OST he is now forcing on a B grade bum , obviously Manny dont get weak any more , that was only for Floyd . And Manny lied to get out of it he fabricated a BS story about getting weak from taking blood , he does not get weak from taking blood thats why he dont care about cut of dates with Rios .

Pac fanboys will say floyd is to blame Floyd fanboys will say pac is to blame Reality is that both f**kers are to blame and never showed real intention of fighting each other, Floyd by coming with more and more stipulations and Manny with the classic "hmmm ask to my promoter bob arum". Both guys just wanted to continue making millions fighting guys way below their skills. And that is the best answer, I think you could say both sides wanted the fight but only on their terms. Arum wanted to control the fight to do his normal thing which Manny allowed to happen and Floyd wanted to really cash in. There is plenty of blame to go around though and everyone involved deserves their fair share.

Why lie? He did not say that, he said he wanted drug testing because his health comes first, it's crazy that asking for testing makes you a coward. Newsflash..... This video was made way after testing was no longer an issue. Why is Floyd still using it as an excuse?

You must have missed the video of floyd personally saying he didnt want to fight pacquiao because it was dangerous. How can you dispute that? Was that before or after Manny refused 50/50 and walked over a blood test ?
