He gets credit for starting this whole testing crap, yet when he's asked to produce his test results he can't produce any and settles his court case and pays millions of dollars. How can you have faith in this whole testing crap when things like these happen? That is why the commission should be in charge of testing. There are a lot of things in boxing that need cleaning up.
