How long is pac still tied up with Top Rank. Anyone know? Only then we may see him in more interesting fights at GBP - so many good matchups to be made.
Pacquiao is not as business savvy as Mayweather, De La Hoya or Cotto. He doesn't realize that he could make more money without Arum at this stage of his career. Also his adviser Koncz has connections with Top Rank, so it's not clear whether he's pursuing the interests of the fighter or the company.
Knocz was employed by Bob Arum/Top rank to "work" in the "best interest" of Pacquiao, who do you really think he works for? :blow:

Walking away from 40mil when there's potentially over 200mil in the pot isn't so mad. But this thread wasn't about all that. I do however, find it crazy that Pac would sign such a long deal. Oh well...
That's too bad he's stuck with TR. I know at one point he had signed with GBP and then had to go back to TR. I would have thought he'd try to jump asap. Oh well, looks like we'll get another Marquez fight next year and that'll be it.
Everyone knows Manny was using!!!!!!
Pac's contract was renewed two years or so ago. Before Pac signed up again he sent Koncz to meet with Mayweather at his gym to negotiate the fight.

Apparently, Floyd was in his typical ducking element again at that time and nothing happened.
As for other fights, I don't think Pac is still interested in resuming his boxing career after the Rios fight.
Honestly, who cares when that fool Manny's contract ends. He's to damn stupid anyway and probably sign with the WWE thinking they promote boxers. Face it man Manny is dog food now, he's a freaking joke and don't even know it. All of his supporters are blind followers to a guy that just woke up a few weeks ago from a Marquez right hand. Truth be told, any fighter that walks away from $40mil straight into a right hand is on something. If he isn't then why not prove the doubters wrong. Fighters are prideful people and when called out about something as negative as juicing a real true professional normally proves the doubters wrong. But in this clowns case he rather get ktfo COLD instead of proving he's just as clean as the next guy......

Until he retires!
