A lot of people thought Shane Mosley had a decent shot against Floyd and they did 1.5 million. I doubt many would give Broner a real shot and casual fans don't really know who he is. Another factor would be that Canelo is most likely done with Floyd undercards. He and Golden Boy will want him to headline his own events from here on out. They will have to find another Mexican to feature with Floyd for his Cinco de drinko events. I say it would do Victor Ortiz numbers or slightly better.

If Broner whups Maidana, then I'll start to take him seriously again and then I know of at least one.

Depends on who broner beat and how successful his pppv do. If fight was in may-broner beats maidana and let's say ghost-maybe 1 mil. If he beats maidana and danny garcia well now maybe 1.25-1.4. If fight is in sept. Floyd beats sergio in may and broner beats maidana, danny, and thurman you may see 1.8 or so depending on how much push. Broner should at least take on Danny before getting a crack at Floyd. Ghost would be a good test also

Probably 2 million after Broner has a complete mental breakdown and strangles a hooker to death. Book it for 2015.

I'd like to see if Floyd can sell that since Broner isn't exactly big star yet. They should try it on February 2015 see if it's the same as on May 5 & sep 16 with out a Mexican/ Mexican American.

Who in their right mind wants to see that fight? Ponce beat Broner. Broner had a tough night against Malignaggi. Movement completely befuddles the guy. Anyway, as it stands now, I think it would maybe get 1.4 million buys.

If Broner beats someone like Garcia, Matthysse, or even Thurman it might generate enough interest to get a big pay day. Right now on its own it's about 1.2. Either one of the above mentioned could beat him so it would be huge if beats just one. Out of this world if he beats all 3.

Don't underestimate promotion...promotion does a BIG deal for fights as a lot of those buys come from casuals, sports pubs, etc who may not actually know a fight is coming up unless they are seeing promos for it and getting excited about it.. I think they would have to "create" some compelling story around the "student" and the "teacher"...allow any trash talking to take place and formulate some bad blood to get the public invested
