KID GALAHAD hopes to face Belfast’s Carl Frampton later this year after lifting the British super-bantamweight title.
Sheffield’s unbeaten Galahad, 23, stopped Liverpool’s Jazza Dickens in the 10th round with a left hook to win the vacant domestic belt and insists he is ready for an immediate step up.
Frampton defends his European title against Frenchman Jeremy Parodi on October 19 and Galahad, who was docked a point in the ninth round, wants to take on the Ulsterman if he is successful.

Hard to see how he could compete with Frampton.
Quigg has been down before so their might be a glimmer of hope there but Frampton would walk through him and chin him.
Frampton/Galahad would work well with British, EBU & Commonwealth titles on the line. I gotta say I'm losing interest with Quigg & his disregard for the Lonsdale belt. Rigo is WBA champion "NOT QUIGG"!!.......
I like kid galahad but the only thing he proved in his last fight was a half decent chin after being hit on it repeatedly for 10 rounds. Carl frampton would outbox and stop him late and scott quigg would run straight through him, he hasn't got the power, speed or defense to really trouble either of them.
