I get tired breaking down the real shares-out of fighters' earnings. I hope Doug Fischer will read this Forbes crap and publish an orderly, item by item, list of the deductions to these hysterically massive sums, and convert drooling imbeciles into low-mentality cretins who are able to tie their shoelaces...... I'm not hopeful...
There are bound to be a few intelligent readers who will come across it and post it here.

No matter how much you break it down he still makes double what the next guy closest to him makes. Nice try though.
Floyd worshipers hear this news and cheer as if they're getting a slice of that pie.
In reality this PPV hurt the sport of boxing by leaving a bad taste in the mouths of casual fans who don't normally order a PPV yet decided to shell out 75 bucks to see a good fight. Instead what they got was another "safety-first" fencing match. Floyd should have turned up the heat on Canelo's slow A5S. By doing so he would have garnered new fans and bigger purses for his future fights.
How many PPVs did Mayweather-Guerrero get? 850k. And the promotion included a Faceoff, 2 documentaries ("30 Days in May" and "Mayweather") and 4 "All Access" episodes. Also, it was against a Mexican-American on Cinco-de-Mayo. Gee I wonder why Floyd always fights on Mexican holidays? Obviously, it's to increase PPV buys among boxing's most loyal fan base -- Mexicans. The rumored break even point was 1.1 million PPV buys BTW.
So Floyd-Guerrero does 850K buys and Floyd-Canelo does almost triple the numbers with an increase in price and yall fools still think Floyd is the "A side"? Come on man!
Floyd has an extremely high boxing IQ (I'll say smartest boxer ever) but he doesn't deserve 100 mill for Saturday's performance. Matter of fact, the ONLY reason that boring Smith-Molina fight was on the undercard was to give a spot to a TMT fighter in Ishe Smith.
In boxing you don't get paid for the fight you signed on the dotted line for you're getting paid for the performance you put in the fight prior.. In other words Canelo fought Trout, looked good, and got the Floyd fight and a pay raise based off that performance. Had he beat Floyd it would seem like he got shafted, he got 12 mil and Floyd got 40+ but he would have at that point established a pay grade and would had to been paid accordingly... The lottery is not getting the Floyd fight.. It's in beating him, BIG PICTURE... Easier said the. Done though.
Actually, with $150 million in revenue, Floyd will likely end up making over $100 million for this fight since all the profits from his PPVs go to him.
I am sure some dumb ass hater posting on this site will claim this is a lie, but it is true.
Because its a lie, no fighter gets 100% of the ppv money.. not even floyd.. fact..

i was dissapointed, only fight i really liked was mathysse vs garcia, cano and theopane had some nice action.
And theres nothing wrong with being dissapointed, people have a right to be since they were the one's paying the fighters bills, lets not forget that.

I'm happy for that boy. I am disappointed that the fight left me so hollow, though. I expected more combinations on such a big night for boxing. Mayweather should have, at least, beat Canelo up to prove his point.

Forbes is a puppet organization that lies to protect Floyd's image, just like USADA.
Lol. Plus 75% goes to Haymon. And he has to pay 40% tax on the rest and pay sanctioning fees and his team.
So he really ends up with nothing and will be broke in 5 years. Fraud cherrypicker.

To paraphrase president clinton. The power of our example does more than an example of our power.
Floyd proved his point. No need to destroy the future of a guy who he solkd 2.2 mil with ya know.
