Floyd vs Marquez is one of your favorite fights though.
Absolutely not. And it was a totally different situation, the smaller man called out the bigger man and moved up.

Pipe down you bum. You damn kids don't even know one bit of history, but want to proclaim Floyd among the best ever for doing things he hasn't even done.
The best ever from 130 to 147 , only a real dumb fck would think the weights don't matter and he is best regardless of weight , that's just hating , nobody can give 20 lbs away to anybody .
The greatest accomplishments of any fighter will be his by the time he retires .
There is not a fighter born in the history of the sport that could give Floyd 5 lbs and take a round of him , yet he supposed give 20 like its nothing .
You people like running on a one way street when it comes to Floyd .
GGG vs Ward , whats wrong with that , LOL I know whats wrong with it , GGG gets schooled and its only 6-8 lb difference .
We all know GGG is a beast and he got so much power it's almost unfair to let him fight middleweights :lol1: so why do people wanna see him fight a smaller guy? Do you wanna see a fair fight or do you wanna see Floyd lose? Be real. And if that fight does happen, would either guy get credit for the win?
Floyd wins = "congrats Floyd, you just beat a weightdrained middleweight"
GGG wins = "congrats GGG, you just beat a natural welterweight"
Fight doesn't make sense, GGG's legacy is at 160 and above.
Floyd vs Marquez is one of your favorite fights though.
This just speaks to the greatness of Floyd.
He's the only fighter that must fight a 160+ lb fighter to challenge himself!
Bums like Rios and old Marg are acceptable for other level fighters..but not The great Floyd!
That's the level he's held to..martinez, ggg, bhop..and next the klits.. :lol1:
..meanwhile I'm tuning in to pac vs rios brawl..can't wait for these 2ATG to battle it out for supremacy, ..but life won't ever be the same until Marg returns with hands of plaster, ah..um..steel, that way he can challenge some real competition, his one eye still works..if he doesn't fight GGG, or serg than he's a coward ducker..he can even use his special approved Nazim wraps!
Too bad Floyd ducked that legend, Floyds legacy would be complete if he fought him instead of leaving Top rank for a DLH Fight

Floyd has to have every advantage on every fight. I give up on him because when he's though he still will not know what a challenge is. I hope GGG tells him to go F*** himself and go back to making featherweights move up instead of this catchweight advantage he has to have to risk his precious undefeated record.

Not really, he needs to prove greatness against a very dangerous opponent and most people are sure Floyd won't have balls to fight GGG.

GGG was prepared to fight Rosado at 154 but Gabe insisted 160 was fine. So of course GGG would be willing to fight Floyd there.
This fight won't happen. If it did, and Floyd won, no one could question his legitimacy as a top-tier ATG. Taking on a dangerous, avoided, relatively obscure fighter just to prove his greatness would be a really ballsy move, which is why I doubt it even happens.
Actually you're wrong.. The catchweight was for 158 and Rosado declined and said 160 would be where the fight takes place.
I don't think GGG would be healthy at that weight anyway. I don't believe Floyd would get credit if it happened and he won.
Just read.. guys blame Floyd for JMM moving up, Canelo dropping two pounds, yet they want Floyd to "blow" up to 160 or he gets no credit if this supposed fight happens. Even with GGG claiming he'd go down in weight. It'd be the same type of stuff that people were saying before the Canelo fight.
He's scared, he'll never fight him etc etc only to turn around and complain.. He's too green, drained and not ready. Cherry pick at a catchweight that was offered by GGG.
floyd would'nt fight a c level fghter in canelo at 154 but would fight GGG at it ?.....( and yes im aware GGG being a 160'er)......
you dumbass floyd F@gs seem to not know how your fighter operates....
Mayweather vs GGG would be biggest boxing fight that could be made. PPV would set a new record. GGG is not Canelo, he punches harder, has more experience and a better boxer too.
Mayweather would become a top ATG if he wins.
:lol1:
Boxingscene posters would love the fight and think it's the greatest matchup that could be made, but the casual fans wouldn't get behind it like they got behind the Canelo fight (a fight that people on forums weren't that hyped about).
Cotto-Margarito I was a huge fight in the forums, but the PPV didn't crack 600K. Ditto for Pacquiao-Marquez II. Casual fans are the ones that help reach records and GGG is an unknown entity. It'd be a great matchup and fight even at 154, but Floyd can make what he would against GGG against Khan or even Garcia so there's really no incentive except being rated higher in the opinions of some Boxingscene posters.
GGG would KO floyd, and I'm a Floyd fan. He doesn't even need to hit Floyd in the head he puts down 175+ men with body shots. At 154 the power will still be far and above anything Mayweather has felt before and Floyd isn't hurting any JMW or MW.
Still Floyd said Martinez was going to have to come down to 150 to fight him. He wouldn't fight GGG at 147 even if he was a Mexican.
Floyd didn't say Sergio must come down to 150 , Sergio said he would go to 150 for Manny first , then a journo asked Floyd citing the offer and would he fight Sergio at 150 , Floyd said they will look at it .
Your guys leave stuff out and rearrange the conversations in the interviews which paints it not how it went down .
GGG beats Floyd at his weight and at his very best. Weight draining yourself brings your performance down significantly. Is a diminished GGG enough to beat Floyd? perhaps, but if he doesnt Floyd will get 0 credit for the win
But you give credit to Manny for Cotto Oscar and Margarito don't you ?
Did you call for Manny to fight Cotto at Cottos weight .
Did you call for Manny to fight Margo at 154 which was Margos weight at the time having fought there . ?
Mannys fight night weight last fight was 148 and JMM 150 , why is he fighting 140 Rios and not 154 Trout Canello Cotto or at least at WW , why is Manny not expected to fight MWs he is same weight on fight night as what Floyd is , and people say he can beat Floyd , but he beat the guys Floyd is expected to beat , something not quite adding up .
I can just see it now at the weighing Floyd 150 GGG 160 , now lets go of and rehydrate and Floyd drops weight and GGG is 168-170 LOL ,
Your a kid that has never boxed , you said Canelo was going to knock him out and now you jumped on another even bigger ship to hate on , you will always be a wet behind the ears hater .
.

Won't happen. Golovkin offers nothing for Floyd. No money, no big name, no legit chsmionship and he's wayyy bigger. These big ass fighters need to stay in their weight classes and do work there. Stop chasing dreams.

and who will pay to watch GGG vs Mayweather? is Gennady really that known in US? If not for Mexicans, record wont be broke past Saturday. :poke:
