Will Manny be the same after being knocked out cold?

A majority say he will not be the same. Those with high hopes think he's still good to go with nothing to worry about. Only way to tell is how he handles a chin shot after he gets hit by a hard puncher again. Brandon may or may not test Pac's chin. Most don't think so. Manny is gonna be fine. The comparison to the RJJ case is wrong. Roy was losing his speed fight by fight. The boring man John Ruiz made him look like he was in his prime but he was slowly fading. Losing 30 pounds of muscle for the first Tarver fight was sucide for Roy. Roy never had a great chin to begin with, he just never got hit clean thanks to his ATG reflexes. All of it was gone once he lost that speed and quickness. Manny is different, his Speed was still there in the Marquez fight, i thought he looked the best since the Cotto fight. He just got overconfident and walked into a perfect counterpunch. If Manny didnt lose his speed and quickness during the year he took off, he will KO Rios within 5 and the talks for a 5th Marquez/Floyd fight will begin.

I think so. To be honest, I think you're better off losing the way Manny did, as far as your mental goes. Rather than to have to chase a guy around for 12 rounds and just get hit at will and not be able to hit him back. That kind of loss takes something from you that you will never get back. A knockout loss, you can brush, the dust off and tell yourself "I got caught"

There is no hope for Pac. His chin is suspect and he can be kod at anytime during any one of his fights from here on out. Pac is a ko waiting to happen!

I thought I convinced myself that Pac was vulnerable even though Rios style is made for him. but after pointing out that Norris and Duran remained world class after being KTFOed viciously I starting to have doubts. I feel Pac's skills were diminishing before JMM 4...but I'm not sure Rios is good enough to take advantage.

He was visibly on the slide before the Marquez fight. I would not be totally shocked if he loses this one, in fact I'm even having a few quid on Rios winning by stoppage.

He will probably try to fight smarter this time around. Maybe a little more defensive. The KO probably did affect him in some way, but it will take his opponent to expose that in him and Rios is the type of opponent that could bring that out. Don't look too much into the fact Rios is coming up one division. He's still dangerous for Pac. I'm not confident that Pac can fight another way. He never adjusted against Marquez. That's those fights were so close. Considering the Physical gifts he has he should be able to beat Marquez convincingly but he could never figure out that style.
