How does Rios do with the top 140 fighters?

think he'd lose to garcia.. definitely beats khan... 50/50 vs petersen and jmm

I think Rios, although limited, is a tough out for anyone at 140. He would lose to Garcia and Matthysse in two very entertaining, grueling fights. JMM would school Rios. The Khan fight is the toughest for me to predict. I would lean towards Khan because of his speed advantage and combination punching but he'd have some scary moments in the fight. Peterson loses to Rios. The size difference would be too much and Peterson would be stopped late.

Garcia -lose but eciting fight like matty Lucas - throws much shorter punches. his chin will really be tested though toss up Khan - late round tko Peterson - tko Jmm - right now lose 1 or two years from now hell finish the job diaz started

wow the hate is real on this site. He destroys them all. Garcia would be a good fight, but Rios would break him down and make him his *****. Rios has the best chin in the industry. Lucas Matthysse should stay away because I like him. Amir Khan wouldn't last 3 rounds. Peterson? u serious? JMM is only good against Pac boy. This ain't Chenko or some random tune-up, Rios is a different animal. And he's a lot smarter than u guys are giving him credit for.and if it wasn't for bad judging he'd still be undefeated.

rios. big heart. crowd pleaser. but any boxer would box his ears off. abril did it. alvarado did it in their 2nd fight. jmm would annihilate rios. rios has a chance against garcia though. i pick rios to beat lamont if they were ever to fight. a fight fan's dream...rios vs provodnikov!!!!!:boxing:

If I was making a bet I'd pick Rios to lose against Garcia, JMM. I'd give a slight edge to Lucas and If Peterson and Khan decided to box all fight they'd also get a slight edge. But if anyone of those 5 decided they wanted to go to war I can see all of them losing. I like Rios and I know he doesn't have elite skill but the guys has maybe the biggest heart among active boxers so I wouldn't count him out against anyone because hell just keep coming forward trying to break your will down. Bam Bam knows his skills aren't there but he's the type of fighter that actually enjoys fighting and probably willing to die in the ring so Ill give him a chance against anyone .

Losses to them all but has a chance against Peterson & Khan. It really depends how well those two follow their plan without letting Rios get free punches. I wouldn't be surprised to see Khan stop Rios or even win a wide decision.

I think his best chance is against Peterson, as he'd be more willing to stand in the pocket up close to fight, which is Rio's specialty. I think he loses to everyone else. He doesn't have the speed or counter punching ability to keep up with Khan. I'm not underestimating Danny any more and I think Rios could get hurt in a fight with Matthysse or JMM.
