Like I've said before, throughout Mayweather's career I've been critical when necessary. Both strongly with the Johnston situation and the Margarito situation. Very vocal on both accords. The fact is, most are overly critical of Mayweather and often like to revise history so of course I'm going to refute that when I see it. Like I said, Mayweather is not even my favourite fighter. Absolutely not. Disgraceful poll results. It's straight after Garcia's biggest win and Hatton's career ended with two KO defeats. Most of the voters are Yanks (no offence lol) who have goldfish memories and are sucked in by the flavour of the week. Although I will say that if Danny keeps going at this rate, he will surpass Hatton very soon.

My favourite (and first fighters I became fans of) are Carlos Monzon and Alexis Arguello followed by Harold Johnson and Dick Tiger who I was put onto by my late Uncle. The first fight I watched live was Muhammad Ali-Henry Cooper 2 aged 5 in 1966. I started to thoroughly follow Boxing in 1970. So think again. What I am saying is his WBU run is not legitimate. What win does he have between 00-04 that is notable? That you would put amongst his best wins? None of them. None of them were ranked. :lol1: Suggesting to me that I follow another sport.
