floyd had canelo so shook as the rounds went on and he was afraid to throw many times tonight....floyd moved so well and dipped canelo's uppercuts and landed a vicious uppercut from a distance just like he did against gregorio vargas back at 130....floyd moved like he did with jmm and canelo couldn't position himself to do nothing important....sure, he landed some hard body shots at times but nothing floyd hasn't seen before....another cakewalk for floyd just like i told you....i thought he would stop canelo by round 9....he almost did....it just didn't look like it....but canelo was so hesitant to throw once he was countered off of the shoulder roll that floyd started hawking him down...
he made canelo look like a kid afraid to fight and was just happy to survive and this kid was bigger than him....he's so good.....it's not fair...
thank you floyd...i love you man...i'll never forget watching you get screwed in the olympics, and you dapping me up....and wiping the tears off of my face...i was 10 years old....i cherish that moment...
through all of the criticism you get, you once again fight through adversity...you're a true champion and the best of the best of your generation...
beautiful performance tonight...this man was born to box...he is boxing and his passion for his craft is what is everything great about the legendary sport of boxing....
Things we knew before the fight:
Hes not good at cutting the ring off
He doesn't throw combinations unless his feet are set
He's not the pressure fighter the media made him out to be
